Ted and his staff were wonderful after I was rear ended. They not only took care of everything with one visit, but they snuggled my dog and gave me time to decompress before I went back to work.

The five years I have spent working with Ted have been nothing less than phenomenal. Ted is very communicative and responsive. He really works hard to make sure you have all of your needs met. His staff is friendly and accommodating, and I have never had reason to regret working with this company. The pricing is very comparable, and he takes the time to educate you about different options -- there's nothing worse than not understanding what you're buying, and Ted makes sure you do understand.

We have been with Ted for seven years now and we have been very happy with his services and what Allstate can offer. The online accessibility makes things extremely easy to navigate and understand. We have made several changes with our Auto policies EVERY year since we have been with Ted and he has been very quick to respond, always willing to chat on the phone, email is easy, too. I have been impressed with the care and time he takes with us and always willing to go the extra mile for us. Even though we have moved out of town and there are other Allstate agents where we live, we have continued to keep him as our agent. Thanks, Ted!
