I came in a few days ago to see Alyssa. I have been coming to this location for over a year now, Alyssa has done 18 of my ear piercings and pierced my nose. She is by far the best piercer I have ever been too, she always has an awesome attitude, she does a great job with my piercings, and really is an amazing worker. I came in a few days ago to get more piercings. She was clearly on the phone trying to solve a work issue and some rude lady got impatient and shoved her stuff in Alyssa’s face and left. Alyssa has told the lady one moment and was very polite to her. After talking to Alyssa it turned out their entire system was shut down and she was on the phone trying to figure out how to get the systems back up. I felt so bad for her after seeing how she was treated by that customer. Alyssa does amazing work and is the reason I will continue to come to Claire’s and no where else.

Aubrey and Alissa were incredible when my son got his ears pierced. He’s wanted them pierced for years, but has an intense fear of needles. He basically had a panic attack in the chair and the two of them could not have been sweeter, kinder or more professional. Because of their patience and kindness he eventually got them pierced after about an hour—they’re amazing!

Alyssa has done 9 of my piercings and she is by far the best piercer I have ever met. She was extremely friendly and very patient with me! By far the best place to get pierced!!

Jocelyn and Alyssa are both amazing! They pierced my ears and even helped me shop for some extra goodies!

They had a great sale going on. My sales clerk was an excellent salesman, helped me digging exactly whatI needed. We were there on the Monday before Christmas, and the sales person made sure everyone was happy their purchase and the price.

Ali was great! She was very knowledgeable and nice. She did a great job with the ear piercing. She made the experience inviting and enjoyable.

Cece was amazing, kind, patient, understanding and fun.

She cares about her craft.

I hope other people get to appreciate her hard work, while she's at Claire's.
