A piece of the wall between the unit beside us just fell. I've also heard there's a problem with break-ins.

Storage unit got broken into were all the stuff got stolen. No call and they took no responsibility. I guess this isn't the first time this has happened here. They don't care and are very unpleasant to talk too. They have no cameras, no gate and just don't care about the business (in my opinion). I would not rent from them unless you want your stuff stolen too. (In my opinion again) if you do you better make sure you have great rental insurance to protect and care about your stuff because this place won't.

My niece was storing her stuff here over the summer. Had a contract thru the end of the month. Got there this weekend and they thought she wasn't coming back. Said they cleared out her unit and rented it out to someone else. Never contacted her to see what was going on. Then they changed their story and said it got broken into. Super shady company. Said there was nothing they could do. 😡

Omg sent my daughter to college and then started looking for storage units and at these reviews! So glad didn't store the remaining stuff that didn't fit in room!! Don't use these guys. Even if you pay ahead of time they claim your stuff is stolen and then rent out your unit again to someone else without letting you know! That's illegal on so many levels not to mention unethical. What happened to honest .. Also has happened to mostly college students. You guys be careful out there. Police investigation started!

Yo if you like your stuff getting mysteriously "broken into", stolen, and your unit getting rented out without your notice: rent here! NOT! This place ripped off my step-sister and possibly other college students attending UI. She paid for a FULL SUMMER for her stuff to be in a unit, and it mysteriously got "broken into" and then rented out with no police report by the company. Also, they dont have security cameras so obviously something is fishy! If i could give a -1 star rating I'd totally would. Do not rent from here!

Just ripped off my niece from there. If I could give you less than a one star I would. They cleaned out her unit while she was back home and re rented it out. Then they changed their story to that she probably got her stuff stolen and it's not their problem. Crappy company with crappy owners. shame on you JDs

I had rented a storage unit for the whole summer, I come back and all of my stuff is gone, they didn't call me to let me know, and had already rented out my unit. All of my stuff is missing and when I talked to them about it they were rude and told me they couldn't do anything about it, do not rent from this unit they will screw you over.

Peoples things keep going missing. No security, no cameras, no help, and they couldn't care less about the people storing their stuff. If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. Store your stuff else where because nothing but dishonest thieves and careless individuals dwell here and it's better off somewhere else.

This place has horrible business ethics. Stuff gets stolen from there units all the time. and there's no form of security, no cameras no gates. Don't go here unless your looking to get rid of a bunch of stuff for free.... Actually it's not even free you're paying to have your stuff stolen.

I would give you no stars, if I could... don't use this storage place.... my daughter used your place and when she went it get her stuff after summer brake from collage... she came back to empty storage shed, and when she called they said they thought she moved out, then when we called they said it got stolen, they didn't contact my daughter to see if she did move her stuff out.... they didn't act like they cared one bit, very shade service I would say, no camera's to help protect the stuff the asked to watch over as the provide service for... no care but to rip off collage kids and hope they have renter insurance to help the out....a lot the stuff stolen meant a lot to my daughter.... trouble service I would go some where else or cares about the protection of you stuff... like have cameras on the units... very upset dad

Girlfriend's unit got broken into, never notified until we showed up, they already had rented out her unit... DONT USE THIS PLACE
