Old Turnpike Restaurant

My son and I stopped in for a late lunch recently, it's been awhile since I was last here. Just as I remembered though, perfect service, food was great, and the price low. I had the patty melt with a side of potato salad. My son had the chicken tenders meal, all very good! Will be back.

This is a very good place to eat. Omelets here are amazing. All of them. The western and the bacon and cheese are my go to. Their homemade toast is great too. If you are traveling through Mifflinburg and want a great breakfast (or lunch) this is the place to go. Enjoy the coffee as well!!

Huge plate of breakfast mess for a great price. I thought about getting the buffet, but the meal itself was more than enough. The service was very friendly too. A bit of a dated atmosphere and the colors are a bit sunwashed, but that's part of the apeal in a way, isn't it?

Excellent all the way around! Great food cooked exactly the way I asked. The waitress was fantastic, friendly and professional. The restaurant was warm, welcoming, and best of all clean. A definite top of the list.

We enjoy going on the weekeds for there breakfast buffet,its fairly cheap money wise for a all u can eat buffet!!Love the corn nuggets! Waitresses are very nice! Over all its a great place to eat! Prices are fair

I've been there several times with a friend. We always get quick friendly service, and the food is delicious. Just a good hometown atmosphere!

Everybody is very friendly, the service was excellent and the show is the food. We got the Honey dipped fried chicken and I cannot recommend it enough.

We got there at 130 and they were closing at 2. They said no problem and no need to rush.

The food was excellent and very plentiful. The size of the ham steak was bigger than the plate. Service was very good also. Very enjoyable meal.

I go here for breakfast on occasion when I visit family. it's always been very good and reasonably priced. Clean, with friendly staff.

I stopped and eat at the Turnpike 3 to 4 times a year. The food is great and plentiful. The service is always impeccable!!!
