Holiday Inn Express Lewisburg/New Columbia, an IHG Hotel

The last trip through these parts I stayed at the hotel brand next door with regret. My visit at this property has been awesome. The staff was ever most courteous and helpful. They are in the middle of a renovation but the location and atmosphere is well worth the stay

Just a few details...

There is a lot of maintenance needed in this hotel, however, I have a 5 star rating due to a big sign at the front desk that said Remodelation starting on Spring 2023.

It definitely needs to be updated. But it deserves a good review. The staff was very attentive. They offer washer and dryer but you must have quarters. We were very pleased.

Very clean and convenient. A safe hotel to stop at.

They have a friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The rooms clean and beds were comfortable. They offer small shower amenities that hotels twice the price do not. We are on the road for three more days. The next two hotels now have a lot to live up to.

Great staff and good location. But the place is dated and yes it was in the process of an upgrade and im sure it will be better soon enough. I was more than happy to have a room to crash for the night off the highway.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Especially the guy at the front desk, Kyle. He was very helpful. And the breakfast selection was good. The breakfast worker, Amanda, did a great job.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Lewisburg/New Columbia! The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, and we had a delicious breakfast both mornings (the cinnamon buns were especially warm and wonderful!). We will absolutely stay again!

It's tucked away but close to a lot. The bed is big and comfy. The jacuzzi room is very reasonably priced, even with a last minute reservation and the staff has been so kind.

Stay was good from check in to check out. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice too. Definitely would stay again if in area.

This hotel was conveniently located off the expressway. Short Driving distance to many dining options.
The room was super clean our family 2 adults and 16mo twins, stayed in a jacuzzi room. There was plenty of space for our family. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options for the whole family. All the staff we encountered were friendly ,helpful and very nice. Next time well travel that way we will make a point to stop here.

Excellent service at the front desk and the lady at the breakfast bar. However, Room cards definitley need updated, you have to go back to Front desk to get them rescanned several times during visit & I wasn't the only one. I am hoping the mgmnt takes care of the employees there wage wise as they do a marvelous job.

I stayed 4 nights due to having plumbing issues at my home. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Thank you to everyone who made my stay pleasant.

Excellent place to stay, very clean except the carpet in the room needs some cleaning , great staff very polite especially Mr. Tom front desk clerk super nice we left the hotel at 3:35am so as we were checking out we ask for some coffee and normally I believe they dnt serve breakfast at 6am so he was nice and very polite to make some for us and not just that he gave us a bag to go breakfast with us to take on the road that was super nice of him, and very professional as well. Thank you Mr. Tom. 😊 we highly recommend this hotel.

Myself, husband, and four kids stayed in a queen suite. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ac/heat unit actually worked and didn't make any weird noises! Breakfast was to go bags because of covid, but there was a lot of food in it! Yogurt, applesauce, breakfast bar, breakfast sandwich, juice and uncrustable. Only downsides, the indoor pool was FREEZING COLD, like creek water cold. Even the kids couldn't swim in it. And the pull out sofa bed mattress was so thin that you could feel every single spring. Other than that, great stay and I would come here again.

We had a great stay and it all started with being greeted by a very cheerful person her name is Brooke . Brooke made our stay very enjoyable , making recommendations of attractions in the area. Brooke is very personable and enthusiastic. The utility staff are very friendly and engaging. We had an excellent room. Thank you.

Excellent hotel breakfast (hot), friendly staff, great room size, too!! Very accommodating with the little one (gave us an infant bed so she didn’t need to sleep in a big one)!! Would stay again and come back.

My wife and I had to travel back to her childhood home after a family relative passed away. We needed a place for a short stay that wouldn't be too expensive. This hotel was an excellent choice. We arrived much earlier than the normal check in time (looking for a place to change before heading to the funeral). The manager on duty didn't ask any questions. She found us a room that was available and let us check in before 10 am. Though we were prepared to pay an up charge for this service, none was required. Major props for excellent customer service.

The room was very clean; bathroom was ok excellent condition. The morning breakfast was a pleasant option and helpful to get back on the road again quickly. If you need a place in the Lewisburg/Milton/Watsontown area, this is a solid choice.

Clean, comfortable, and great help at the front desk. Saw no signs of the construction that has blemished some travelers' experiences recently. Sheets were silky soft. Front desk readily corrected an error in the bill

This hotel is the best. We had a fire and had nowhere to go with our pets and the staff here welcomed us and the owner went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful!!! We will recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone.
