I found the agency to be very friendly, helpful and responsive. They also made sure that I understood my coverages, and any changes that might be occurring.

Scott Bowen sat down with me to answer a few questions I had about a couple of my policies. I initially told him it would be a 20-30 minute appointment because everyone is busy these days and he probably had lots of other things to do. Well, more than TWO HOURS later, we finished up for that day. (We had a couple other appointments in the following weeks to tie up loose ends.) He spent so much time with me over the course of those appointments answering all kinds of questions I had (the more we talked, the more questions I thought of), was very patient with what probably seemed like silly questions to him, and really helped save us a LOT of money on those two policies. I was very impressed with the experience. Additionally, on the occasions that I have dealt with his staff over the phone, I have found them also to be very helpful. It seems there is a really good team in that office.

Scott Bowen and his team (special recognition to Destiny Williams, she's awesome :-) are knowledgeable, professional and have always displayed great customer service. We have been customers for several years and can attest to the level of attention to detail and how the team makes complicated transactions run very smoothly. I particularly appreciate their knowledge of a variety of products to include commercial coverage and always trying to tailor services to your needs without overselling.

Scott and his staff have been fantastic to work with. I used to use one of the online/no people contact insurance agencies and after a number of very frustrating experiences trying to get information or get something done my wife begged me to find a local person we could deal with. I've recently been required to purchase renter's insurance by the owners of the apartments I live in. Both Scott and Destiny were very friendly and answered all my questions, they were very helpful in explaining the coverage and I get a discount for having the monthly payment automatically taken from my account ! Plus they're familiar with the property management company, so it was actually very quick and painless! Scott had me all set up with just a few questions, within minutes I was all done and covered! I've always preferred Allstate for my insurance needs, I very highly recommend giving them a call if you're in need of insurance! Great people, great rates, great coverage!!

I’ve been insured with Allstate through Scott Bowen’s office over four years now. I would like everyone to know that he is by far the best in the business. He has personally taken care of me when I had claims. He made sure to get my roof and truck fixed when we had a bad hail storm! Before I could call him he reached out and let me know the ball was rolling and got my claims started. The employees he has working are a true testament of his character as well. I had Allstate previously and liked them, but never had a claim out. We bought a house and our broker bundled all of our insurance policies and found us a slightly cheaper company so we left Allstate.

Well insurances ARE NOT treated equal. We had two terrible experiences and decided to leave that insurance company. We shopped around and Allstate was actually cheaper at that point for us. I remember liking them before and decided to give them another go.

They have been AMAZING to work with. We have had at least 3 claims with them and they have been so easy to deal with and helpful. They were excellent at reviewing our policy with us and they do fun family events every once in a while for their clients. If your looking for a new indurance agent we highly recommend going with Scott Bowen and his staff! You wont be disappointed.

Scott Bowen Allstate agency is the absolute best. He and his staff are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. In the last year I have added and removed a vehicle from my policy, requested a quote, changed my name, and removed other insured people from my policy. Every time I’ve called they answer right away, help me immediately, and take care of things right then. The Allstate all is super easy to use and if I can’t complete something from the app the office calls me the next day! I’ve never been left wanting more. I’m really glad their coverage is so affordable, I couldn’t ask for more from an insurance company!
