Best Western Plus University Inn

Made reservation 3 weeks ahead and spoke with Sid who was very nice. When we checked in Sid and Sofia were at the counter. Within minutes we were settle into our room close to a door so my wife who has had her knees replaced few years ago did not have to walk far. Their caring and reassign our room to make it easier on my wife was fantastic. These to folks are wonderful to work with. The hotel room is very nice and lots of space. I'd surely stay here again if in the area.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! The hotel despite being from the 70s was nicely renovated and my room was super clean. It was also really quiet. The location was also very handy.

Even though I’m just in the next town over, I love taking my kids here and taking advantage of their poolside rooms! It’s always a great “staycation” for us. The rooms are always nice and neat, the staff is so friendly! This last time I was there, Sean at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

My kids and I love this place. We go for birthdays and occasional nights out. Absolutely love it! The pool rooms are our favorite. The hot tub and sauna being close by is legit. Careful not to close your poolside door completely as the cards don’t always work on that side. One of the best hotels in town.

It was clean, their free breakfast was good. They also have a bar and restaurant inside which is great. And live comedy nights. Recommend staying there

This is where I stay every time I'm in the Moscow-Pullman area. It's inexpensive but quite a good value. It's close to UI, shopping, and restaurants. The free breakfast is about the best you're ever gonna get. Rooms are standard, but generally clean and the many meeting rooms are good for conferences.

Location is ideal, right in the middle of Moscow. They have a restaurant on site. The courtyard is so relaxing. Though the hotel is on the older side, I commend the staff on its cleanliness. The front desk staff were quick, friendly and very accommodating to my requests. If I had one suggestion it would be to have more light, at night, in the back parking lot.

Next to the 24 hour winco is super helpful and the hotel has a very unique feeling. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast is pretty good

This Hotel pretty Awesome, I traveled quite a bit and appreciated the stay greatly.. The hotel is older, has updates. The breakfast is top notch! Real silverware and plates, wide array of food. The pool is big as well. The breakfast server was very nice and professional, as with the front desk . I hope to stay again one day.

We spent a lovely long weekend with our college son. The best location, with excellent service and comfort. Everything works perfectly. We love the hotel restaurant, well-kept landscaping. The staff very attentive to every detail. Recommended, of course!

Only complaint (almost a running gag) is we can never get here when the jacuzzi bubbles are working. Great breakfast and staff always very nice and attentive.

Top notch customer service!!! And it was consistent throughout the entire establishment. You can tell the staff is relaxed and happy. The rooms are not fancy but are modern enough & clean. We slept sound as the bed was comfortable too! They gave us drink vouchers upon check in and we enjoyed the selection of breakfast in the morning. We will be staying again when visiting in the future.

A great place to stay, friendly staff, wonderful amenities, restaurants and a great continental breakfast.

Everything was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortabe. Breakfast was the standard eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.... and was prepared well. Everything was excellent. My only complaint (and I'm not sure if this is fair to complain about, as it's not like they can easily change it) is that the interior walls are made of what appears to be concrete bars. Wasn't very athletically pleasing but it didn't affect my ability to work or sleep.

Super friendly staff, and clean facilities. Building were slightly outdated, but very well kept.
Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Such a wonderful set up, and hours were quite accommodating.
Pool is super nice; well situated for family use. We loved it's shape and functionality. One challenge we had is that the pool area didn't have a restroom attached to it, so if you do bring your family to the pool, you're going to have to pack everyone up and return to your room if someone needs the facilities.
Definitely recommend if staying in Moscow.

The only thing bad about this place is parking sucks, and it’s a long walk to get to rooms from parking. Horrible door locations.

I visited Best Western Plus for WSU’s graduation and had a wonderful stay for two days. The customer service was excellent and quick. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with only a minor issue of loose outlets that made our plugs fall out sometimes. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with hot chocolate, coffee, eggs, bacon and more to choose from. The pool was lovely and had a beautiful view outside. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The Inn’s location was also convenient, being right next to a Winco and many other stores nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great accommodation in the area. 9.8/10 Would definitely come again. Go Cougs!
