Carmen and his team did an absolutely beautiful job of restoring and improving my Catskills cabin after a serious water damage incident. The work is beautiful and I am so happy with how my house looks. Carmen was absolutely great to work with: fantastic communication, daily updates, photos sent and a totally can do and helpful attitude. I would recommend Carmen and his team any day and am already asking them to put together a plan for more work on my house next year. I also felt their costs were extremely reasonable and transparent, and their timeline super efficient.

Out of the many contractors to bid on this job there price was the most reasonable. They worked hard everyday, they were super clean and super reliable. These guys were absolutely the BEST! Very professional, timely, clean and on point. Carmen, Jay and the rest of the crew took my bathroom from the 1920 to 2020 and I LOVE IT! CD & Carmen did an excellent job building my new dock on my lakefront property. I’m really glad I got connected with Carmen. It was difficult to find to someone with the experience to build a dock so well. He was able to work with my budget. He gave me excellent info about it & completed ahead of schedule.

We hired CD Construction and Remodeling to help us with several projects around our new home. They provided us with a prompt estimate and helped us find solutions to our problems within our budget. Ultimately they repaired some water damage on our roof and in our three seasons room, as well as installing new flooring and a building a new closet in our bedroom. Carmen and his crew were professional and courteous, and kept us in the loop as they were performing the various steps to all the projects around our house.

They even managed to work around a tight deadline because we wanted have this work done before our daughter was born. Myself and my wife are pleased that we were able to have our baby’s room in order and address some of the concerns we had when buying our house. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to fix up their house. Carmen truly exceeded our expectations.

Thank you to Carmen and his crew for replacing my 26 year old garden window with a much more bigger, beautiful and energy efficient garden window. After explaining the loss of a dear one in my family and how this project was one that Ed had wanted to have done, Carmen was very kind, explained the process and kept me up-to-date with everything. The window is stunning and allows more of the natural sunlight to come in and keeping the cold out! 😊. I’m thankful for no more ice build up on the inside. The new window allows for the sides to open during the nicer weather bringing in the fresh air! I’m very thankful to you Carmen for the work you and your crew had done! And the window is absolutely beautiful. And...you even gave my doodles some cookies! ☺ I would definitely feel comfortable using you guys again! Can I ask you to give me an estimate on my upstairs bathroom next?

We have been working with Carmen and the crew for several years, and we feel grateful to have found CD. Their work is excellent, their prices are fair, they are efficient, pleasant, and most importantly, honest. We could not be happier!

We’ve used CD Construction and Remodeling for a few years now for interior (remodeling an existing bathroom, sheet rocking, painting) and exterior (sill beam and footing replacement, screen porch replacement, painting, deck construction) projects and couldn’t be more pleased with the attention to detail, cleanliness when working and cleaning up, and accuracy in the estimate and overall cost on projects both big and small. Having worked with more contractors than we care to remember, we wish we had found them long ago.

Carmen and his team are very professional and extremely friendly. I would recommend them for any project you have. It was dumb luck my wife and I found them, and we couldn’t be happier.

They built a gorgeous deck in the back of our house. It turned out beautiful! Very efficient. They finished ahead of schedule. And very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
