The staff incredibly knowledgeable about the state’s attractions, landmarks, and events, and their enthusiasm for Pennsylvania was infectious. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide helpful maps and brochures, and offer personalized recommendations based on my interests.

The welcome center itself was clean, well-organized, and showcased the unique charm of Pennsylvania. The exhibits and displays provided fascinating insights into the state’s history, culture, and natural beauty.

The facilities at the welcome center were well-maintained and visitor-friendly. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. The center’s accessibility for all visitors, including those with mobility challenges, was commendable.

The staff readily provided valuable information about nearby accommodations, dining options, and points of interest, ensuring that travelers like myself had a seamless experience exploring the state. Their dedication to exceptional customer service was evident throughout my visit.

Pennsylvania Welcome Center offers a fantastic first impression of the state. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by the Pennsylvania Welcome Center to kick-start your journey in the State.

First exit off the Delaware Water Gap. If using Ezpass, use the inside lanes, the exit is right past the toll. Easy off and on I-80, with clean bathrooms and a couple vending machines. You'll find a bunch of info pamphlets here as well, maybe some coupons in there. There is an area to walk dogs, as well as park trucks.

Update since last visit: air pump out of order. Took a walk on the rooftop garden, lots of bees and flowers. Pretty serene considering the highway is roaring by next to you.

A good friend of mine and I went on a day trip to Pennsylvania on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. We stopped here to get our bearings and freshen up. I found the men's bathroom clean and well-stocked and was very impressed with the number of free brochures and a nice selection and variety of vending machine items, not to mention various displays. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, as well.

I was like a kid in a toy store, so many brochures on things to do in and around the area. The building is beautiful. Everyone was amazing. I want to give a shout out to Elena to continue to be the beautiful soul you are, my love. I appreciate you♥

A nice welcome center. The bathrooms are large and clean. There's some free maps to be had, and quite a bit of interesting information on the walls about the Delaware River Water Gap.

This is a really nice rest stop on the Pennsylvania/New Jersey border, right by the Delaware Water Gap. It's really clean and has several vending machines if you need snacks or drinks. It's also very well lit and has a dog park if your furry friend needs to run around.

Always clean restrooms. We stop frequently when seeing family in NY. Nice have way point. 50% of the stalls are out of order but not very busy so doesn't matter to us.

Very clean! A great place to stop for information about Pa and for a bathroom break. The workers are friendly and ready to answer any questions. Everything has been updated to accommodate Covid19 safety. There are also vending machines for coffee, water, soda and snacks. The area is big so social distancing is not a problem at all!! If you are looking for a bathroom break, snack or coffee break or information on any area of Pennsylvania this is definitely a place to stop. Plenty of parking and disabled friendly for parking and indoors, too!

Stop 🛑 whatever you doing or where you going in..!!!!
This place is awesome 👏🏽. It’s really close to the river and awesome food.
Excellent to take a break or 34 hrs reset, the rest area has around 10 parking spots for truck.
There’s many paths so you can go walk to the park or town.
Around 8 mins walk to this bakery who has the most delicious pies 🥧, chocolate, hot food etc.
I ended buying like 3 pies, 3 burgers and some fries and let me tell you I am not disappointed it.
Everything is made in house.. the turkey pie was delicious 🤤 just like thanksgiving.
The place is call village farmers and bakery.
Passing the bbq place.

Clean and spacious bathrooms. The lady at the welcome desk, Lena, was helpful and polite. We also enjoyed taking a walk on the rooftop garden.

The 2 ladies working the counter were very helpful with local overlook locations for me to do photography. Also many nice places for astrophotography.

I love Pennsylvania. No matter what town I've been in I enjoy the area. I was near the Delaware Water Gap in East Stroudsburg. The mountains, trees, leaves and the streams of water are so beautiful.

Huge rest area with very clean facilities, pet walking areas and kids play place. The vending machines were all in great working order and fully stocked when we went. And it is very easy to get in and out if from rhe highway.

This is such a nice rest area/welcome center! I love the décor style of this rest area, even though to some it may seem outdated. I personally think this has a wonderfully distinctive character! My only suggestion is that the awnings above the rooftop terrace could use cleaned.
