Sam is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me after my flight got canceled last minute. She helped me look for other flights and gathered rental car information for me. She even checked me into the resort and met them know I was gonna be late checking in. She was available anytime I needed her while on vacation. I will be booking my next vacation with her.
