Mill Stream Inn

This is the first time my wife and I stayed. It was because of the close proximity to the hospital. Making the reservation was a breeze. Checking in was even easier. Raven was extremely friendly. The room couldn't have been nicer. Clean. Comfortable. Plenty of hot water. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay, I urge you to stay here....fresh cookies at 7 pm!!!

I love it so much I work there now. Extremely cozy, homey environment with free fountain soda, fresh popcorn and cookies daily along with continental breakfast and unsurpassable customer service. I know that a post from an employee may seem bias but I assure you it's not, it really is that nice.

This hotel is nice, in a good location and reasonably priced however what makes it for us a 5 star rating is the staff that work there!

We have been coming here for 6-7 years. I had written a review on trip advisor but recently realized a few weeks ago when we were there that I had not done a Google review.

From the moment you walk in the door to this hotel the staff make you feel like family. Every time Raven works, she always has a smile on her face no matter how busy she is: she even bakes cookies every night around 7. She goes above and beyond to make sure each guest is happy. The maintenance/front desk gentleman is also welcoming and fantastic, the other lady on the front desk that we've dealt with is also great; forgive me that your name has slipped my mind. A special thank you to the cleaners as well for working so hard.

The extras that are included: towels at the front in a basket to dry off motorcycles that are there as well as they allow us to park under the awning, popcorn gets popped all night long, fresh baked cookies at 7, fire wood out back with chairs, fresh fruit was served at breakfast that staff raven stayed late after her shift to cut up and hot coffee served all night.

We will continue to return here 2-3 times a year and always recommend this place to fellow riders and other friends.

For a small hotel in the middle of nowhere, this exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff. 7pm warm chocolate chip cookies were to die for after a long bike ride. They also have complementary popcorn and coffee and soda. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Cute gift shop. I purchased a nice Potter County hoodie. Reasonably priced.

Great place to stay we work in the area every other week always stay here clean rooms comfortable beds large tvs great water pressure to clean up and breakfast and HOMEMADE COOKIES!

I stayed in one of the Cabins for a traveling assignment for over eight months. The staff was awesome. Raven and Donna you are the best. You guy made stay feel like home and I had a wonderful stay in state of Pennsylvania. I will always remember my time there and UPMC Cole with love.

Had an awesome getaway weekend stayed at Mill Stream inn Cabin fever cabin. Very quiet location super peaceful. Was able to cook steaks over the Open Fire and saw a bunch of deer on multiple occasions. My kids had a blast fishing in the pond. Would definitely recommend and will be returning at some point again. Make sure you follow email directions on how to locate the cabin GPS will not take you to the correct address.

This place was great! My husband and I just stayed in one of the cabins for the weekend with our two small dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the cabin was clean, and had nice amenities. Fresh baked cookies at 7pm were great too! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!

What a nice private hotel. Place was well kept. Staff is AWESOME!! Raven the front desk check in is very good at her job. Nice free coffee, pop corn and soda in the lobby 24/7. Free hot breakfast. Nightly bon fire out back. Wife loved the squishy bed...I ended up on a firm cot. Shower is very powerful..like a fire hose !! Great pressure.
Room was clean on the surfaces...except (the loss of a star) the box springs that had some old stains from coffee and some dust built up behind the head board. Needs a deep clean, but overall was cleaner that 90% of the places I have seen.
Oh...and they have to learn to keep the boiler room and laundry room doors closed...fire code folks. But...I am a fire inspector so...yea.

Nice place to stay in Potter County. Rooms were very nice, cookies at 7,coffee and soda machines all day, and breakfast is included. Has a very nice souvenir and clothing shop, and a lot of parking. Also has cabins, and off-site rooms in Roulette and retreat cabin on the stream. I'll be back.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside. But what a cute little place. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. ( we stayed 2 other places and I can't say that about them). The room was spacious and clean. The carpet was a bit worn. And the bar stools had stains. But on the whole. 20 out of 10.

Raven made check in easy and she shared her knowledge of the area. Everything was clean and very cozy. Free sodas, hot beverages and popcorn.
We came up 6 hrs for a one night stay for a celestial event. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

Stayed here overnight to prepare to work at the hospital across the street the next day. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in. Free popcorn, cookies, and drinks. Feels very safe. Breakfast provided. Shower was awesome. Rooms are super clean. It’s quiet. The room heat works quickly. Everything in the room works. Had a microwave and a mini fridge in my room!

The room was clean. The staff, Donna and Raven specifically were incredible! The breakfast was one of the best i have had from a motel. They have a pavilion out back with charcoal grills. Short drive to downtown Coudersport. Good location off the main route. Thanks Donna and Raven!!!

The location was great, quiet at night. Room is clean and spacious. Staffers were absolutely nice. The also have complimentary breakfast and cookies at 7 pm everyday. It is worth every penny.

Truly an amazing experience! Raven at the front desk was willing to help us out so much. She really made our time enjoyable with all of the suggestions of things to do. We did not know much about the area but she told us good places to eat, things to do and all the details of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the room was extremely clean. Our only complaint was that the beds where a bit uncomfortable, but overall our stay was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend and ask to talk to Raven, she was extremely helpful.

We loved this place! Everyone we have met, whether is was staff or the people staying, they have been so nice and funny! This location is great for anything involving cherry springs, pa Grand Canyon, or pine creek. We ended up here on accident but will certainly be making this an annual trip.

Oh and they also have a fresh baked cookie social at 7pm every night and let me just tell you… AMAZING! And the breakfast.. also top notch. 10/10 would recommend mill stream to a friend.

We hope to be back sooner than later and possible check out the small cabins they have for rent!

The people here are amazingly friendly. Cookies, popcorn, and soda were all available for free. I took a walk along the stream out back. I also enjoyed the pavilion area in the back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. And didn't break the budget either.

Husband and I stayed in one of the log cabins this past weekend and had another great stay. Third or fourth stay here and not disappointed with any of them. Cabin was very clean and comfortable.
The staff is great and make you feel welcome. Raven was at the front desk for check in and was a wealth of information even though we are familiar with the area. Definitely will stay here again.

Snowmobile overnight! The hotel was welcoming from the inviting lobby to the staff! Raven, front desk associate, welcomed us & let us know about the amenities: coffee, fresh baked cookies, popcorn & soda. She gave us a variety of options for take out dining, along with checking on their availability. Raven was amazing! The rooms were spotless. We highly recommend & will be back!
