Great experience! Clean, large units and very affordable. I am a single gal who had no problem renting a unit on my own (contrary to a previous reviewer's experience). The elderly lady was really friendly and it only took a few minutes to do the paperwork before I was able to move my things in. They don't take credit or debit cards, just cash or check, but that wasn't a problem for me. Highly recommend!

The elderly woman who runs this place is incredibly sexist and judgmental. I am a single, college-educated, professional and employed female seeking a storage unit while in between places (moving from Moscow to Western Washington, waiting on locating a place to live there and living with friends, while working, in Moscow in the meantime). The woman refused to lease to me unless I gave her the phone number of my father or my boyfriend. Let's note, I am the one standing there with a checkbook, the checks have my name on them, draw from my bank account and this unit is for MY stuff.
I walked out. The place down the street didn't need to ask Daddy's permission to rent to a 27 year old woman.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service or lack of. The owner was immediately rude about me calling to ask about the availability of a unit. Their language was absolutely appalling and in my opinion DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!

The husband and wife are very rude and also don't go there after dark or you will get chewed out unless you call ahead, even though they installed a gate with a keypad and everyone gets a different code.

Asked for the price of the smallest unit. Wouldn’t tell me because he didn’t have anything available. I don’t need it now. Don’t know why you couldn’t just tell me how much it was. Jerk
