Front desk is super helpful. They helped me feel welcome when I was terrified to go in. lol. My kids love going to kid care. Just a note for now: tanning is currently standup only. No napping for me. Thanks!

Very friendly staff and pretty much has all the equipment you need for resistance training and cardio. A big separate room for wellness class that you can use for SAQ training. And also fair price based on what they offer.

I love NIAC! The most welcoming fitness environment I’ve ever been in. The classes are so much fun. The instructors are amazing, encouraging, and knowledgable. I also love that there are no weird contracts for a membership like other gyms in the area. NIAC has great equipment as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Been a member for about 6-7 months and I am still trying new classes and finding new ways to move! 5 stars! (Also childcare and massage therapy?! How cool!)

Since moving to Moscow, NIAC has been a constant in our family. Great atmosphere for all athletic pursuits, with classes, options, knowledgeable staff and world class trainers all within a ‘spots’ reach!

This is the best gym ever! Everyone is so supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. The instructors and staff are friendly. They always challenge you to do your best, but don't make you feel bad if you need to take a break. I've had 4 private training sessions which were awesome as well! The KidCare is staffed with moms/gym members who take excellent care of the kids for a very affordable price. Look no further!

I dropped in to NIAC for 2 weeks while visiting the area. The staff was professional and helpful. The equipment is plentiful, diverse and in great shape. During every visit, I saw the staff cleaning equipment -- and it shows!

Such a great gym and community here. I travel a lot for work and very rarely have such a good experience at other gyms. It's great that they have crossfit style classes and instructors there, but also all the classic gym elements. I never liked it that crossfit boxes make you pay $100+ per month, and then restrict the times you can go in there. I know there is a lot of red tape due to liability for that stuff, but it's just awesome you don't have to deal with any of that here. I can come in anytime I want to! There is definitely a little something for everyone here and I would highly recommend it.

An awesome gym if you have young kids! My kids loved being in Kidcare while I did the group fitness classes. I especially liked High Fitness and Step.

I love this place they have the best classes…really saved my health after pandemic. It’s affordable they really care about the community. This place is so accepting they really took me in its more than a gym

Excellent bare-bones gym with friendly staff that has everything you need. I visited for the holidays and NIAC not having a signup fee was also a huge plus.

The owner Blake is a true down to earth guy, very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness, has the passion to share these aspects, and is excellent at doing it in a way that anyone can digest and feel comfortable with. Go to the gym to workout and stay for the passion and energy that is brought to the table by the owners.

SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: I was of this gym; yet each time I stalked by the huge windows, I dreamed that one day I could muster the courage to walk in. It took me 4 months. I am incredibly happy I made that choice. I spoke with Annie who set me up with a personal trainer.

For anyone worried that folks there will judge you or be snarky - don't. The staff AND THE members are kind and supportive. And actually keep to themselves. And from 1:45- 3:15 the gym is EMPTY.

I don't need to workout with my trainer holding my hand, because i can do it on m own; instead he helps me via text and once a month (just to make sure my form is good)

Great gym, has everything you need and more! If you have kids, the daycare is awesome! Everyone is super friendly too!

This is a great gym! All of the classes are led by friendly, creative teachers and the facilities themselves are clean and well-kept. I highly recommend checking it out!

Always plenty of room and the patrons all seem friendly. The staff is always working and helpful; more than once I've asked for variations on workouts and received knowledgeable advice. Highly recommended.

Has affordable childcare. Very friendly people/ staff. New equipment is not the only attribute of a great gym. Spinning and other classes are very enjoyable.

North Idaho Athletic Club provides a great community feeling within a gym atmosphere. NIAC hosts several group exercise classes for all levels of fitness and providing a variety of exercise equipment, free weights, and cardio machines.
The wonderful athletic club staff is always there to help it's members when needed. The personal training staff is knowledgeable and eager to help those with fitness and exercise related inquires. NIAC is the answer for your physical activity and exercising demands.

I love this place and Tia is amazing if you haven’t checked it out since the new ownership took over definitely do so they’re doing an amazing job lots of wonderful classes and private training!!!
