La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moscow Pullman

I traveled to Moscow ID for a soccer tourney with kiddo. The service we received at La Quinta in Moscow was very good. Grounds and common areas were neat and clean, even though there was construction on site. Our room was comfortable and clean as well. Breakfast offered many options and was served up with a smile. Staff was knowledgeable about the local area and seemed willing to answer questions. I have a Service Dog and I deeply appreciated that all staff we encountered followed the ADA requirements exactly. This was refreshing and I felt safe and welcomed. I would recommend this establishment to anybody traveling for whatever reason. If and when I return to the area, I will likely stay here again.

Had one of the best stays at a motel. Been traveling a lot, and this motel was very clean, very friendly. People extremely nice soft and comfortable bed. Great breakfast would recommend to anyone.

Clean and restful. Someone right there at the Breakfast bar. Variety of coffee choices, lots of creamer.

We had a great stay here at the Moscow LaQuinta. Reservations were easily made on the Wyndham app. We came to town for a college visit at the University of Idaho. Location was convenient to the main road between Pullman and Moscow and it was only a few minutes drive to the UI campus. Breakfast was adequate with several hot options. We were disappointed that there were no gluten free muffins (usually Udi's) in the freezer available upon request as other hotel chains offer. Elevator was very fast. Hotel and our room was clean. Beds a bit on the hard side. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return.

I came to town for work. I was giving a room with "no window" to the outside, but it does have a skylight. That was fine. I was afraid it would be loud as it does have an interior (inoperable) window looking over the atrium/breakfast area and there was a team of youth athletes also staying. BUT it was quiet! And it has a jetted tub.

Breakfast was ontime, generous and had protein options including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and sausage. There was also fresh fruit, biscuits, gravy and cereal options as well as waffles. I was surprised at how nice it was for the price. The location is odd, but very quiet as it is a bit off the highway.

Every staff member was very helpful and welcoming. They were able to accomodate my last-minute request for an early check-in. I definitely recommend La Quinta to anyone that appreciates excellent customer service.

Showed us the suite for our wedding night, it's very nice! Great price! The only motel in Moscow/Pullman that would let us book 8 months out (August). Even let us have a fresh baked cookie that are available every night at 7pm.🙂

Room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was a little cold both mornings, but not awful. Only real issue was that the newly renovated layout allows for lobby and kitchen noise to easily travel up to third floor where I was and be heard in the morning. Incredibly nice staff though!

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews about this place. I had a total opposite experience, and I guess that you just can't please everyone.

The staff here from the beginning was really nice to us and provided us exceptional service in an efficient manner. We traveled here from Seattle, WA to see a local specialist. The customer service was top notch.

Our room and restroom were very nice and very clean. The housekeepers did a great job in cleaning it and even helped us to get into our room when we couldn't figure the door card system out. lol. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel room bed I have slept on in a long time and they had really comfortable pillows. The air conditioning/fan was perfect as well and kept the room cool.

As for the alleged construction noise/construction workers being noisy all throughout the night, I am not sure how true that is as that was not our experience. Yes, they are renovating and yes, there are construction people sanding the lobby, etc. but we did not hear them all night.

The continental breakfast the next morning was AMAZING! They had a full selection of sausage, eggs, gravy, juices, cereals, yogurt, etc. It was a breakfast bar that could please anyone, really.

We had a great experience here and I am so grateful to the kind staff. They even extended our check out time for us, which was convenient and we greatly appreciated it. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! If you are looking for a place to stay in the Moscow/Pullman area, I highly recommend it as I don't think you will be disappointed.

Rooms and staff were awesome! Beds were very cozy, room was large and the TV was giant! The kiddos enjoyed the pool and the hotel even had a few water toys available. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was super cold, there was no heat lamps or anything to warm it up... with that being said I would still definitely stay especially considering laquinta is SO great about pets!!

Well maintained hotel. When traveling for business, there was an issue with our reservation. The general manager, Tammy, went out of her way to accommodate me and my co-workers. She could have easily declined our reservation and sent us on our way, but instead she worked with us patiently and took care of us every step of the way. We were so grateful to have a place to stay and one so nice. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Moscow area.

Rooms were very clean. Wireless works without annoying login screens every five minutes. Business center printing was easy and worked. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Even with a lot of people in the hotel, they never ran out. Wish the bathroom had a fan tho.

As a former management consultant, I've stayed in my share of upscale hotels and wouldn't have classified them as such prior to arriving. I was pleasantly surprised. A clean, comfortable room, splendid breakfast, very helpful staff, and no hassle about the size of our big family. A great experience.

This hotel was actually really accommodating and beautiful. The room was really well kept and the beds were really comfortable. The food there is like a mini all you can eat bar for breakfast, it makes going to events so much easier to just grab a decent breakfast instead of muffins and cookies like the usual hotel.

This hotel stay was wonderful. There is really nothing bad I can say. They alerted me that our hotel room was ready at noon, nice and early! We brought our cat and dog and they were treated wonderfully. No pet fee! The cookies in the evening were delicious and you could tell they were homemade. I loved the biscuits and gravy in the morning. The hotel room was very clean when we got there and the bed was SUPER comfortable!! The internet was super fast, I could even play online MMO games easily. The only thing was that the pool was a little small (and full of children), so my boyfriend and I didn't want to spend time in there with all the children yelling; but this is obviously not the hotel's fault. The hot tub was a little too hot as well; I could only spend about 5 minutes in there!

I have now stayed here approximately 50-75+ nights this year and the staff and manager have been excellent across the board. I will no longer need to be up in Moscow as often, but I will miss staying here 2-5 nights per week. This team is better than any other La Quinta I have ever stayed at.

I have now stayed several nights at this particular La Quinta. I am going to upgrade it to 5 stars. The staff is really great. The rooms are very clean. I have stayed at many La Quintas over the years and I feel that this one in Moscow may overall be the best one I have stayed in. My previous criticism of breakfast is not a reflection of this particular location, but of the general class of hotels, regardless of brand. I realize that the breakfast quality is probably determined by the national brand and is part of the brand requirements that the local franchee owner has to adapt. The factors that the local La Quinta franchisee owner has more control of is the quality of staff, unique amenities, and cleanliness. In these areas this franchise owner, managers, and staff are doing a great job. The manager was very friendly and thoughtful of my needs as she helped me set up a corporate account. I have even had a few questions for housekeeping staff and they were friendly to.

This La Quinta feels significantly nicer than other locations and the staff is great. I am a frequent traveler to the area and plan to stay here often. The only reason why I don't give a 5 star review is the quality of the included breakfast. I'm sure the local franchisee owner has little say in the quality of the breakfast that Windham Hotels dictate, but all of these hotel chains in this price points treat customers as a commodity and offer the same exact breakfast of scrambled eggs from a mix, the Belgium Waffle iron with batter that is so dense that it tastes like a sponge, something that might resemble sausage or bacon, cheerios, hard boiled eggs in a cooler, etc. It doesn't matter if it's La Quinta, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Fairfield Inn, Hyatt Place, etc. The breakfast is the same drab stuff. That being said, I do think everything else at this specific La Quinta is very good and I will just get breakfast somewhere else. It won't keep me from wanting to stay here.

I love the rooms as it have a bit of luxurious design + a very comfort bed. The breakfast was normal but they don't have much of varieties. The pool has Chlore smell which is bad but it's alright since it's indoor pool. Other than that the Inn was great

Alright ; last night here in Spokane and I chose another la Quinta location to stay at! (Made the right choice). They’re affordable and very clean and nice rooms! WiFi is very good here and they make fresh cookies at 7pm :D sadly the lady who helped me is leaving but she was awesome! Thank you Hayley for making the stay amazing!

Super friendly staff! We would see Julie in the evening and Lorraine in the morning. Both were really helpful and had fun interactions with our kids. Beds are comfy, fridge in room, nice tv with a good selection to watch. Good variety for the breakfast selection-biscuits and gravy, eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal....The pool is a nice size and the kids had fun swimming while my wife and I relaxed in the hot tub. We have family we visit in Moscow and this will be our go to when we visit them.

Great hotel and very convenient location. I enjoyed my stay there. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
