Best place in town to eat. Fabulous menu selections. Easy walk from the place we're staying off of the GAP bike trail.

We stopped in while cycling on the nearby Gap Trail and were pleasantly surprised by the food and the hospitality. It was mostly sandwiches, salads, pizza, etc. but all of found something we liked on the menu (including a vegetarian) and we all enjoyed our lunches.

The staff was friendly and warm and there were plenty of bike racks for us to secure our bikes.

Stopped by Confluence and found that Mitch's was the only place in town to eat. The food was great and the beer battered french fries were the best! The wait staff was super friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back again!

Great lunch after our morning bike ride. The pizza was way bigger and better than expected. Salads were also good, and we picked up snacks on the convenience store side for the rest of our ride. Everyone who worked there was so nice and welcomed us in on a rainy day. They also sold inner tubes for the bike.

Pleasantly surprised. Grilled chicken salad was excellent. There’s not a lot of choices in the area but apparently we don’t need them because this place is all we needed. Very friendly staff as well.

Pretty little gas station and restaurant. Food is good and quick. The gas station section is very small but it has enough. It only has 4 pumps and the space is very small. The bathrooms are always clean. There is plenty of parking and it is located in the center of Confluence.

So the food isn't really "5 star", but the place is super cool inside and the food was really good for what you get! We went there twice! Well, it was one of the only places open, oddly, along the GAP Trail...so thanks for taking care of us. Everyone was super pleasant and all was awesome!!

Great little place for breakfast haven't been there for lunch. Staff is exceptional. Everybody is so friendly. Every time I'm in that part of the state I make sure to stop by.

I don't like bike riding. Mitch's Fuel and Food is worth the pedaling. Big well priced menu with freshly made to order good sized portions in an industrial rustic themed environment that matches the outdoor river scenery perfectly. My only suggestion - put a BIG clear sign on the trail directing bikers to you, we only found you guys by happy accident!

Stopped in by chance, and found this little gem. The service was superb and so was the food. Very reasonable prices.

Mitch’s never disappoints. Haven’t had anything on the menu we didn’t like. Their pancakes, pulled pork sandwiches, and Yinzer salads are some of our favorites.

This is the best place to grab breakfast for the family in Confluence. The recently remodeled space has a great feel and the food is good for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly even when they get busy (which happens on weekends through the spring and summer). It’s great to have the convenience store attached for coffee and snacks too. Trail riders can also find basic supplies like ice here. We’re thankful for Mitch’s!

Mitch's is pretty much the only choice for dining out on a weekday in Confluence, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a good meal there. The menu is pretty much pizza, sandwiches, paninis, and salads. We both had breaded/fried cauliflower, and the chef salad, and it was a great one with fresh greens, carrots, zucchini, egg, ham & turkey--almost too much to eat. Note that the kitchen closes at 6:30pm (Wednesday). Our food came up quickly after ordering at the counter. Pleasant uncrowded dining room. Very reasonable prices.

Stopped here for lunch on day two of riding the GAP trail (west to east). Is there anything more American than a gas station/convenience store/diner all occupying the same building/room? Had a panini and fries and picked up a Gatorade and some cold Starbucks caffeine drink out of the cooler. A few indoor picnic tables to choose from. A tool box filled with condiments.
As an aside, my bike was starting to squeal a little bit a few miles from Confluence. Mitch's was just a really cool spot to eat lunch while the bike shop fixed the issue. They lubed my jockey wheels and gave the bike a once-over, adjusting the bottom bracket bearing and the steering post bearing ($20).

Great place for good food and a very friendly staff. The pulled-pork and personal pizza are favorites, but everything on the menu is good. On nice summer days, take your delicious order to the park across the street and enjoy Confluence.

The sandwiches are good portions & the toppings are always fresh. The toppings are nice portioned as well. You can tell Pam is into quality. I haven't had breakfast there yet, but I do like their muffins--good quality. I either dine-in or do take out at least once a week. We are happy they reopened.

Excellent service, great food (I had a very tasty Reuben sandwich), and welcomed the opportunity to charge our cellphones while we ate. Mitch’s is our go-to place to eat every time we bike through Confluence on the GAP.
