I can't say enough good things about Vantage employees Rachel in Meadville and Jeff in Titusville. I was in an unfortunate situation tonight where I didn't have a bed that I was able to get into due to my physical limitations. It was after hours and Rachel was able to miraculously get the necessary documents needed for me to have a bed delivered to my home. Jeff was the amazing man who delivered a bed for me that I could get in/out of both safely and independently. Without these caring individuals I don't know what I would have done. These two angels have restored my faith in humanity and are a true asset to the Vantage team. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing durable medical equipment. Thank you again Rachel and Jeff!💚

I am always notified by phone when my C-PAP supplies are due to be replenished. They ask me what I need and I let them know. I really appreciate this service as it’s one less thing I have to remember! They ship quickly as well. They do an awesome job!

My doctor ordered wrist splints for my carpal tunnel and used Vantage. This was the Hermitage location. They were great. They called me as soon as my wrist splints came in and told me I could pick them up at anytime during their business hours. No appointment needed. The staff was super friendly and engaged me in conversation right away. They demonstrated how to use my splints and showed me how they work. My insurance covered everything. I just had to go over the insurance paperwork and I could leave. Overall a 5/5 experience. I would recommend Vantage Home Medical to others.

I have had wonderful service from everyone at the Meadville location! Especially from Don Zirkle, Brian, Krista and the other Don, (I am sorry that I don't know his last name. All of them have gone out of their way to help me with my CPAP and Oxygen equipment. Five stars for them all!!!

Joanne in the Hermitage office was awesome... She made sure that i was comfortable using my equipment and walked me through all available units . Help me choose a CPAP unit that was best for me. Thanks Joanne

Im not sure what office he works out of but Larry Anderson is the best!! He came to our house at 11:30 at night to bring medical supplies for our newborn then at 5am in the morning the machine quit working. I called the number he told me too and within 10mins he was on the phone with me and ended up driving back to Erie Pa to get another machine. Thank you Larry for your dedication to your job and the people who count on you!!!
