Northwest Respiratory has gone above & beyond to find the right Cpap machine for my husband! After 2 sleep studies, he was dreading the thought of putting anything on his face, but therapist Amanda Hess took time & her incredible expertise & patience to explain the need for Cpap & find a mask that was comfortable, along with adjusting him to the needed machine & it looks like success! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful with all our questions & needs. We can’t imagine you’d find a better place than this!

Can I rave enough about this place? No, but let me try. 💜 First. I called 2 min before closing on Friday and Jamie and extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. She was answered every question I had about needing a walker and some I just didn't think of yet. Today when I went in to look at walkers she was so helpful in making sure it was the right height. Right fit, everything. I will for sure be working with them and recommending them to everyone.

They’re the bees knees! They were able to locate a high flow O2 concentrator at the best price. Service was 10 stars, price was 15 stars. 5 is the max, but I’d give em 25.

They got me the super baller CPAP machine with all the tight supplies. Nothing cheap and whack. Wait till all the honeys see me with this thing on. I might get a flame decal for my dream station 2. As soon as I figure out how to vape with my mask on, I’m going to put the machine in a backpack and ride around town with it.

I needed some emergency CPAP supplies and their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They told me what I needed to do, coordinated with my doctor's office and had me taken care of very quickly. They even squeezed me in with the respiratory therapist who was able to fit me with a new mask same-day. I am very grateful to have such a patient-centered and knowledgeable respiratory business in our community!

I disagree with the bad review. They have been very accommodating with billing with my family’s CPAP supplies. There is a sometimes a gigantic lag between when Insurance is billed and when the claim is paid. I know the paperwork is tremendous. The staff and management have been very professional and courteous.

tried the cpap and alows woke in the middle of the night not being able to breath and having a dry mouth. was told there is nothing wriong with the machine it must be me

My doctor sent a request to Northwest Reparatory and Medical. In the three weeks that I waited for them to fill the prescription for the BiPap machine, not once did they call, email or text me to let me know what was going on with the order or ask me for additional information; I HAD TO CALL THEM! I finally requested them to send the request to Norco in Lewiston as I have always had excellent customer service in the past with Norco. Within a week Norco had called and emailed me a lot of information and has kept me informed through email what the status is, the next steps, and the process so I knew what to expect as I have never been through this process.

I always love to support a family owned businesses/locally owned businesses, but cannot do such if they cannot provide customer service or let us know what is going on. People have obvious health related issues if they are using their services they obviously need to know what is going on.

I understand that it takes time as recent events have created backorders and businesses can be very busy. I can have patience with businesses if as a customer I am informed of what, where, when, and why but to never make the effort to even make contact with me from their end is unacceptable customer service.

Take charge of your own health and get involved and go to Norco!

They told my partner that they would help them get their CPAP machine covered by insurance by making sure they were meeting the required usage and every time they went in to check on things they were told that everything was looking great. Today I found out that they NEVER met the requirement. I'm furious and we both feel like we've been lied to. Make sure you get printed proof for everything from them because apparently they can't be trusted.

Overpriced, rude conversation with owner. Going to a different company.

They are terrible!!! They send late notices before they send the original bill .Then if you are two seconds late paying they send a late notice. I wouldn't recommend them to by enemy
