I had a great experience today at Lowes.Their system showed all of the components I needed to build a set of stairs for my deck.. After a lot of effort to locate the missing parts they offered me a price adjustment on other items to save me another trip. Both Brandon and Jeremy turned lemons into lemonade. I never asked for a price adjustment. Brandon offered it to help me out. Thank you so much!!!

I had a bad experience in this Lowes years ago but today I went back for something I needed and I went to Brandon who was really busy. Even though he was busy, he dropped everything he had and went to help me. Minutes later Brock arrived and started helping me too. They were very polite, helpful and professional. They deserve 5 plus stars. Employees like them is what Lowes really need.

Eh, 5 stars, why not. Never entered the store. Did the order online and have it brought out to us. The girl working the orders was polite, and she was quick. There were a few people she had helped before she got to us and I don't feel like we had to really wait. I'd definitely do the ordering online and have it brought to the car service again. Fast, convenient, & simple to do.

I love Lowes even if i don't buy anything. Its a great place to dream about how you want your home to be. Staff is attentive but not intrusive. Good selection of products.

I have not been in Lowe's as much as I was during a Reno. I noticed more attentiveness to the customer. Maybe they should consider hiring Reno pros, PLUS associates to guide and direct customers & checkouts. That way if you need a pro they have the time to advise what products are available for your reno without holding up the whole show.

Very positive experience! An older gentleman that was working asked us if we were finding everything ok. He came back after a bit and offerred us all dum-dum lollipops. This was a very nice gesture and an A+ in customer service. It was the cherry on top.

This Lowe's is about a half hour from my house...i have one that is only 5 mins away from me but I will travel to this one if I can. Much cleaner, brighter and employ much much friendlier people. Huge lighting selection.

I went into Lowe's for a very quick item, and nobody inside busted my balls because I did not wear a mask. Finally a store where people have common sense!

The advantage to being in between two Lowe’s stores is that you can check the inventory on line before going to the store. The store in Somerset is laid out differently than LaVale. Some sometimes I end up at the wrong place in the store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Although I have discovered that there are some items in Somerset that are not a stock item in LaVale and visa versa.

As ususl, items easy to find, checkout was fast and a Lowe's associate did it all at the register. I didn't have to scan or check myself out as is the case at do many other stores.

My closest store is Lavale but the Sumerst lowes is my favorite. Personal service from people like Rick is the reason I drive the extra miles. Keep up the good work and Thank You to all.

Always shopping at Lowes . They usually have all the home improvements I am looking for . They tend to cycle through seasons fairly fast . Also I like to check out the clearance items and paints that my be miss tinted...always a good deal here ! Bought dry, dishwasher, stove, fridge, chest freezer, all got front door delivery. Lowes is also very good with returns and warrenties on the products they sell ! They do not carry older style water heater elements at the somerset location however . Not a big deal as most people have newer water heaters anyways except me it seems haha.
