The nurses in the ICU were nice except for one thing. Our funeral director told us, that when she went to pick up my mother's body. The nurses didn't send her body down to the morgue so that they could pick up her body downstairs. Instead she had to take my mother's body through the ICU in a black body bag for all the patients and they're children could see. In fact we were told they had gone by a man with his children.
