Shorts Tastee Pastry

Pastries are to die for. Today was the first time I ate lunch there, was great comfort food. Staff was friendly and professional. The only thing that would have made it better would be is if that had fountain soda.

The food was excellent! The waitress was a real sweetheart, the restaurant has a homey aatmosphere. My husband and I will be eating here more often. Wonderful place!!!!

We got breakfast and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Donuts and cookies there are good too.

Donuts are amazing and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place very highly. They have fresh baked bread, cookies, donuts, pies, fudge, and cake. Who could ask for anything more? Best donut I have ever had!!!

This is a little hole in the wall bakery in a small town. However they make amazing subs!!!! They actually supply rolls for subs area wide as far as Corning to many places. They are always very generous in piling on meat for the subs. MY favorite is the chicken sub which they used chucks of chicken not lunch meat grade.

Their baked above average not the best I have ever had but very good. They have some amazing cookies like Pumpkin Cream chesse, Apple spice, Double Chocolate peanut butter filled (so yummy) to name a few. If you are in the area I urge you to get a sub you wont be disappointed at all. It is a family owned place and the staff is very friendly. Also now they do latte's which are great!

We got there for lunch. It was our first time there. Lovely interior, clean. Waitress was friendly. Hubby had the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of cottage cheese. The bread was homemade right there in the bakery. He could not finish it all. I had the Buffalo Street Burger with curly fries. Again the breading was a homemade hamburger bun LOVED it!!!! We also picked up a Old Fashioned Molasses cookie, PB Blossom cookie, 3 Maple Bacon Donuts those were the yeast type of Donuts. Really great Donuts, and cookies. They also bake hoagie rolls, muffins, numerous other cookies, loaves of bread, pies!!!! We will be going back there again soon.

I was working in the area and I love trying everyone’s subs. This place has in my opinion thee best subs. The rolls are to die for. I highly recommend to everyone and anyone if you like subs you definitely need to try theirs. You will not be disappointed. Also, they have all kinds of baked goods and they are top notch as well! Wish this place was closer to home!

Wife and I had breakfast sandwiches. They were excellent with fresh ingredients, served hot and tasty. The best bacon, egg, bagel sandwich I've had in 50 years. The baked goods are also terrific. Prices are comparable to fast food and the food is so much better. It's worth the 15 minute drive from our home.

The best everything. We come here literally alnost every week. Specials are unique and out of this world good! Funny... eating the special from today right now!!!

Food is great and staff very friendly. The bake goods look delicious, haven't tried them Yet, but hope to soon.

Oh. My. Gosh. Today was my first time there (what a cute place!). I ordered their Ruben sandwich, and a Doughnut. The sandwich was perfectly prepared (the Corned Beef wasnt tough and the Rye bread toasted just right). The doughnut I chose (out of their select variety) was a glazed Cinnamon roll with Maple frosting topped with fine crushed Walnuts. YUM!! Great with their Coffee. They have quite the impressive selection of breads and other baked goods and treats (like Cookies and dessert bars in a variety of flavors and styles). They have beverage selections as well. (Milks, Sodas, etc). Altho there arent any tables to dine-in, it's a place to still enjoy the friendly quality service that comes with their fresh menu items (as what I experienced today) and you'll leave happy and satisfied just the same!

One of the best bakeries on the east coast. Only bakery that competes is Sopranos in Waverly.

Fantastic small bakery. Large selection of cookies and treats. And very nicely crafted sandwiches both cold and hot. A little hard to spot, but it's a hidden gem for sure.

I picked up a Cherry Pie for Valentine's Day for my husband as it is his favorite. Well now it is my favorite until maybe I have one of my favorite flavors from Shorts Bakery. I found out today, they make deliveries to Kings Market in Savona, NY on Thursdays. I will be checking with Bob at Kings to find out what flavors they are delivering. I understand from Kings that the Blueberry Pie is also wonderful and the "way pie is suppose to taste"! 3/3/15

Exalant prices and friendly people and service. They are willing to make any design cake and will cater a get together or party. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome place.

Went here for the first time with a friend for breakfast. Food was great and staff are awesome.
