Very helpful customer service! I called before I placed my order just to double check I had the right key fob in my cart for my car. Shipping was free and my new fob arrived very fast! Would absolutely buy again if I lose my key or drop my key down another elevator shaft!

My used remote cost about $40 with shipping and handling. I already had one that worked--this was a backup. The programming instructions were almost right, but not quite, so at one point neither of the remotes worked. Finally got both working, except that the one I bought would only work sometimes, while at other times there was no response. Finally I changed the batteries in the one I'd bought, and that fixed it. The website says the batteries in all remotes, including used ones, are checked before shipping. That obviously wasn't true in this case.

I bought 2 fobs for my van from this company and received the product promptly. After doing the research I found that my particular van needed to be programmed by either a locksmith or a dealer, which is what I ended up doing. The dealer could program my one fob but not the other one. When I phoned Keyless Remote Warehouse I was told that they could send me a new one which did not help me as I would have had to pay another service charge by the GM Dealer so I asked for a refund without charging me the 20% restocking charge. I did get the credit less the 20%.
I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Sent me a defective key and fob for a commercial job that was broken and defective. I had to pay to have it checked at another auto repair place and have it cut, only to find out it was defective. My customer couldn't wait and I bought another locally. Talked to this company about the situation and received the OK to refund. Only to hide behind his policies that don't apply in this situation and get hit with crazy restocking fees.

Run away from this overpriced company with horrible customer service and return policy that costs you S&H and 30% restock fee. I ordered very expensive viper remote with several features like engine start and they send me something that looks like it was from Nintendo. The company that reprogrammed it for me laughed and asked where I got it. Sad I got ripped off. Avoid this company!

First remote didn't work. Sent it back and had them select a remote they assured me would work. Again did not work and will not refund me. Plus out over $100 on locksmiths who could program it because obviously they sent me the wrong remote. Don' do business with them!

Per the response: I DID go to a locksmith - twice, not the dealer. Both times they said the key you sent was wrong. The second time you selected the key yourself for me and still won't refund me. I reiterate, don't do business with them.

I would suggest anyone looking for a Mercedes key to not use this company or their website to validate that they can provide you with a working key for your car. I went thru the steps to validate my car as being compatible with one of their keys only to find out later that the key would not work. Thanks for the no call back about returning useless key.

I wish. I could have given a zero. You don't deserve the 1. The worst customer service. There's other companies. That sell the same product.
