Due to a family illness, my daughter wanted to get married in the next 6 months and Kym was an absolute gem to work with in finding a beautiful sample gown that was ridiculously inexpensive! The shop had so many choices and Kym was so patient and helpful in making sure my daughter has just what she wants to feel special and beautiful on her wedding day. Thank you Kym!

I had a wonderful experience at Kimberly Jaymes Bridal! I came in to Kim's shop after already having shopped at 3 other bridal shops. I am the mother of the groom and I was not finding anything I was in love with until I arrived at Kim's! I brought my date for the wedding and the bride-to-be with me to my appointment. Kim was so accommodating and she really cared about helping me find a dress I felt beautiful in. Needless to say, I found the perfect dress, in the perfect color, I was hoping for AND it will arrive in plenty of time for alterations to be done without stressing. I also found some fabulous shoes to go perfectly with this dress and I am so excited for my first fitting appointment. Thank you, Kim, for such a wonderful and fun experience! I am so happy I found what I was looking for here and I feel like Kim and I became true friends in the process! Kim is so wonderful, I can’t say enough words about my dress experience. This store was my very first stop and the only time I ever tried on wedding dresses, and as a more awkward person, they all made the experience fun and easy. I found my dress the first stop and it was exactly what I wanted! The store was able to work with our tighter timeline (we got married 2 1/2 months after finding my dress) for both the dress alterations and appointments. Making absolute sure it was exactly the way I wanted it to look- even adding a piece of fabric in to change the front of the dress! We also got my husbands tux there to rent since he had rented previously for a wedding he was in. Highly recommend for a stop if you are looking for a wedding dress, suit, tux, or wedding related outfit.

I bought my wedding dress here for my September 26th wedding, and I am blown away by how well they took care of me. Alterations were great, and they even took the time to fix up my veil even better than what I originally requested! My dress was absolutely stunning and I felt as beautiful as an angel on my wedding day!!

Kim was extremely knowledgeable and professional as I picked out my wedding dress. She was very flexible with scheduling my dress alterations since I was coming from out of town. There was an excellent selection of dresses. There were a few people in the shop with different appointments, everyone got special attention and Kim had so much patience with everyone. The service was fantastic, the alterations were timely and the dresses are beautiful.

Going to this bridal shop was a wonderful experience for any bride that wants the Kleinfeld Experience. The shop itself has an amazing range of bridesmaid dresses, wedding gowns, and mother of the bride dresses. There are so many new pieces coming in and the dresses that are there are beautiful. Many different styles (ball gown, trumpet, princess, classic), fabric types, and designs. There are also many brand name dresses here that can be altered to your tastes. While the selection is amazing, the staff is as well. Making sure you have someone to cater to you and attend to you while shopping, trying on, and finding “the dress”. If having champagne is something you want for when you’re shopping this is the place. While other shops in the area charge a fee for this experience, it is the norm here.
As this is a one stop shop, I will be buying my bridesmaids dresses, mother of bride/groom dresses, and tuxes here. It was truly a wonderful experience that I would recommend to everyone who wants a personalized session without the distraction of 10 other brides.

Kim is so welcoming, kind, and helpful! She has incredibly beautiful dresses and EXCELLENT customer service. She really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend checking out her shop.

The owner was very kind and professional. She seriously gave us honest opinions, and with covid we felt safe, clean and comfortable. There were some delays with some shipping due to covid and she told us up front to expect it and what companies (that she was aware of) had troubles or delays to help guide our decisions. Wonderful lady and store. Would definitely shop here again.

I was happy with the customer service when looking for and choosing my wedding dress. I mostly worked with the Owner and she was very responsive and helpful. However, I was less than thrilled with the alterations process. We had to make an extra appointment to finalize alterations after things were not completed for prior appointments and to fix issues that needed to be addressed. In the end not all alterations were completed to my satisfaction: issues with added cups and the hem was still too long for the kitten heels I wore for the appointments. The day of my wedding I ended up having to swap into some back-up heels in order to feel confident I would not trip for my entrance and first dance at the reception. I have had alterations on formal gowns elsewhere without issue so was left a little disappointed with the process and the final fit of the dress. Overall would not hesitate to shop for a formal event dress here, they have a unique selection that I did not see elsewhere.

Less than impressed with this place and the two ladies I dealt with. They sucked me into a dress that did not fit , had me bending my elbows and doing stuff to get into the dress knowing that if I had literally gained a pound or two I wouldn’t of gotten in it on my wedding day. And then on top of that tried charging me another $280 to fix the hem and my straps , which is ridiculous. I ended up taking it to someone else to alter and she didn’t even try zipping it when she saw it , she has to do even more work than what they were going to do and isn’t charging me anywhere near what they tried. I would suggest if you do go with this place for a dress , DEFINITELY don’t let them alter it , take it somewhere else!
