They are knowledgeable, take care of contacting my doctor. & fill prescriptions quickly/accurately. Always very pleasant to deal with. They're also patient and understanding when I have questions. More personal and kinder than larger pharmacies.

Most of the staff are professional and courteous. We have used this pharmacy for years and plan to continue. However, one employee is often difficult to interact with. I'm not sure if her name is Deann or Dayann but on multiple occasions she has been curt, blame-shifting and not helpful when I was asking questions or trying to get information. The rest of the staff are great!

I've yet to have a good experience picking up prescriptions here. One of the pharmacists openly and unasked for disagreed with my doctors choice on medication. This week I had to talk to three pharmacy techs to get my prescriptions filled. The first tech missed one of my medications that I asked for and the second two were pretty rude and didn't seem to want to hear that this was my second or third time asking for this to be filled. The only grace I can give them is that they always seem to be busy.

The new techs are terrible. We can't get any information about our medication, they just skirt around the issue and refuse to elaborate. Incredibly rude as well, the older woman is terrible. She messes up orders, and denies the fact she's messed up. She is argumentative, and hateful.

We're planning on switching ASAP. Too many times our medication has been mixed up.

Used to be lovely, but it's just terrible now.

Very rude service..my daughter was very sick and needed a prescription and was treated horribly .we are normally a Walmart customer and was unable to get the medication there and was treated so bad at rosaures I will do everything I can to find her medication elsewhere .
