My review will be based on a few different criteria.

1. Overall appearance outside and inside of restaurant: Interior: Clean for the most part, but was not thoroughly cleaned, especially for coming in the first few hours of opening.

I found dirt under a table as well as urine on one of the women's toilet seats that looked like it was potentially there for a length of time.

These areas should have been checked prior to closing and prior to opening.

Exterior: The parking lot needs cleaned some. It is not terrible, but does need cleaned. There are also a few small potholes that need to be repaired.

Overall Rating: 1 star

2. Overall appearance of food - Very professional - 5 stars

3. Quality of food - High quality and very fresh - 5 stars

4. Price of food - They are on par with their pricing structure and reasonable compared to other places. - 5 stars

5. Expectations versus observations - The only thing they need to work on is double checking areas for cleanliness. I do expect things to be clean when I go somewhere, especially if you're opening up for the day. - 4 stars

6. Friendliness and attitude of staff - They are friendly and accommodating. I asked for a different seat due to the booth being uncomfortable. They accommodated my request. - 5 stars

I ordered the Three Meat Protein Bowl. one of their new breakfast dishes. I kept getting email messages about it so I figured I would try it. The cost of the dish is $11.99 not including your beverage, tip or tax.

Great breakfast, delivered fast, fresh and with a smile. Sheryl our server was friendly and prompt with the coffee refills. Thank you Sheryl, you helped start off the day perfectly.

I had a great server.
She was friendly and she had a lot of tables.. I received 20% off my dine in order..and I had 3 over easy eggs with bacon and toast..very good.

Great restaurant from A to Z.

My niece and her husband ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner for 10. I Must say it was top notch. All the food was delicious and you'd never know it was all reheated. Made many of us rethinking about going through all the hassle to cook that much at home when we can just buy it already prepared. Thank you for a beautifully prepared meal!

We went to the Bob Evans in Greensburg, PA since our local one isn’t able to open until 9 am and that is too late for us for breakfast. This facility opened at 7 am and upon arrival it was clean and neat both outside and inside. The doors and seating were arranged so that I was able to easily navigate my power wheelchair without any difficulty whatsoever and the tabletops were at a height that didn’t interfere or block my armrest and hand controls on the armrest. We were seated in less that a minute and our server was pleasant and conscientious in ensuring that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The food came out at a perfect temperature and was very good the attentiveness of the server was perfect not too little or too much the check was reasonable and paying our bill was quick and if paying by debit or credit the machine provides a few tip percentage and the corresponding dollar amount to make it easy for you to pick the desired tip amount. We will definitely be back should our local restaurant not go back to the 7 am opening time that we are used to and prefer.

The food was absolutely amazing p and I normally get strawberry chicken salad but I opted for a skillet breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. They must have been short-staffed because our waitress was all over the place and had to be reminded of what we need for our drinks. They said they are not magicians that can only do as good as they can and busy or not they have always made us feel like we were a guest and treated very well. The coffee was amazing 💕

I had grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and the green beans. If u like Banana Bread then you will love theirs! It was excellent! My husband got the turkey dinner and said it was great!

There's no better place to eat for a down home meal than Bob Evans...they are unbelievable. The staff is extremely friendly and so nice.

The waitress makes us feel important with good service and remembering what we drink when we wall in.

Not our first time there but might be our last everything was over cooked sent food back and came back the same way over cooked service was as bad

Food was excellent! Waitress was super nice. Overall, very good experience.

All I can say is I have never had biscuits like I had here I always run into either too dry or too brittle of a biscuit but the ones that came with my sandwiches I ordered were jaw dropping to me and my s/o enjoyed their meal as well and my son of course gobbled up his scrambled eggs. Our waitress Sheryl was amazing she made sure our 1yr old had everything he needed and amongst all the craziness he was causing she didn't bat an eye at all and made sure we were taken care of too which is why I gave 5 stars for service and for the atmosphere I gave it 4 stars because they restaurant was a little empty customer wise but everything was clean and neat looking

First time at a Bob Evans. Fantastic service & delicious food. Wish we had them further North.
