Ordered a flag May 11 for Memorial day from Home Depot ... with a 3-day turn around. May 25 no flag and courier showing it sitting in NJ for the last 3 days. Called HD they did not know what happened, when it would ship so they advised to cancel and reorder. We cancelled and ordered through US Flag Store and it shipped May 27 and we received today June 1st just as they promised. Will order all our flags through US Flag Store from here on out. Thank you for excellent service and a beautiful product.

Great prices, great customer service, fast shipping. Ordered on a Sunday, free shipping option, had all my stove pipe and parts the a week later. Solid packaging, I had probably 9 box's and not one item was damaged or dented. Try that with bamazon stove pipe....Very impressed. They are also in PA, they are not a Chinese reseller! Support US businesses!

Man there sure are a lot of complaints about several aspects of this enterprise and their products... For a business to have that many Ultra-Negative reviews and not post a single follow up to explain their side of the story leads me to believe that this is a shady outfit and should probably be used at your own risk.... I'm seeing entirely too much disappointment and anger here for me to gamble with big money.... As for my experience with this company, I can't complain... I was searching the web for a quantity of a specific product and I found it through "Online Stores" via eBay... The product was just a simple hardhat chinstrap and "Online Stores" offered these for sale at a very reasonable price, with a perfectly acceptable (actually a very reasonable) shipping charge so I ordered them up...

I ordered them on November 24 (Thanksgiving Day), and they were shipped the following day ("Black Friday") Nov 25... So thus far, everything went smoothly with this purchase on the part of "Online Stores" and once the package was finally delivered, the items were in excellent shape as expected so I have to give them 5 stars ........

Transportation of the package was another thing!!!
So my residence in Wheeling, WV is just one hour drive time on Interstate 70 from these guys' warehouse in New Stanton, PA... But rather than UPS taking the package on a semi to their local depot in Benwood, WV, 3 minutes from my residence, the package gets sent through UPS Mail Innovations and travels right through my city and onward another 2+ hours to Columbus, OH... And between "UPS Mail Innovations" and the USPS dillydallying, The package did not arrive until the following Thursday, Dec 01, or in other words a full week to go the 1 hour drive time from point A to point B.... I give UPS Mail Innovations 3 stars and the USPS 2 stars as they had possession of the parcel for 4 days....(which seems to be a chronic issue for the local USPS parcel delivery service.)
Ok 'nuff said... Thanks for reading... And if you do choose to use one of this enterprise's several companies to do your business, I wish you good luck and hope you have a smooth experience as did I.

I have been shopping at The English Tea Store for many years and will continue to order from them. Their loose leaf tea is a great value and of the highest quality. I have only had one issue with any of the dozens of orders I have place. They accidentally sent me a extra items that I didn't order or pay for. They told me to keep the items and that they appreciate me for shopping with them and hope I will continue in the future.

Had some misgivings about my order and received prompt reassurance. My KN95 masks were shipped from Taiwan. I failed to notice on the product page the masks were coming from Taiwan and I had mistakenly thought they were in stock in house. Ordered 4/24 and processed 4/25. They left Taiwan 4/27 and arrived 5/4. I say that's pretty good service. Product was as described. CEO for 3M and the CDC approve these masks as made to the same specs as the 3M N95. I'm pleased. Thank you folks.

I don't rate online retailers by how they conduct day-to-day business. I do rate them on how well they resolve customer service issues. My order was damaged in transit and held by FedEx. I contacted Online Stores. They solved the issue and reshipped immediately. No muss, no fuss, no aggravation and no red tape. It doesn't get any better than that.

Ordered and received in a matter of days, not weeks. Although 1 flag was slightly off, a replacement was in the mail the next day. Super customer service and excellent quality flags and flag holders. They have my business for the future!!

I recently purchased four lights and one of them was damaged during shipping. I was prepared to send the damaged one back for a new one but I didn’t have to. The company sent me a brand new one at no cost. I have never had such good customer service! I will be a loyal customer from here out. I placed a custom hard-hat order with Online Stores, LLC. Not only did they have the lowest quantity requirements, but they had cheaper product price AND printing cost. Not only that, the artwork I supplied they tweaked and made it look SUPERB! I am extremely impressed and for a fraction of the cost! I would reccomend.

This review is for US-Flag Store. We purchased two US Historical flags, General Greene's Guilford Courthouse flag and the original US Navy Jack. Both of these flags are from the Revolutionary War era.

We are Rev War bluffs and will be volunteering at two US National Battlegields next year. These two flags are proudly displayed in a 5-flag arc at the top of the rear of our 45' MotorCoach. I wish I could figure out how to post a couple of photos of these flags as displayed, but alas there seems no way.

The flags were timely shipped, are high quality with bright, well-defined, sharp colors and design. And these flags were Made in the USA!
