Was hesitant to use this post office because of the reviews, but just went in this morning to mail something priority mail, no wait, the rep was very helpful and even made a suggestion to help me save money. Great experience

This is a good place to get all of your post done. The service here is good, the employers are nice. The prices for the packages are fair, even when you are sending items across the country or even out of the country.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's hit or miss with having to wait in line, but they are efficient and keep the line moving along. Can't ask for anything better!

Good post office

Great business. The staff are courteous but not exactly knowledgeable when it comes to sorting out the mail properly. One's mail could end up down the street in someone else's mailbox because either the drivers are to blind to read or the people that sort the mail don't take their job seriously.

It’s ok

Frustrating to have packages show delivered but not get them til the next day, packages delivered to a neighbor, people down the street. Its getting ridiculous at this point.

They won't deliver packages that don't fit in my mailbox because we have a paved driveway, and they use studded tires that could damage my driveway. That's cool, dealt with it all winter, but it is almost april and its 75 degrees out. I'm not a meteorologist but I'm pretty sure its time to take off the studded tires and get back to doing your job correctly

I had a package that was supposed to be a 2 day delivery and was also a physical signature required. The post truck driver was so lazy that they left a message saying that they couldn't deliver it because "could not back down the driveway" how lazy can you possibly get? I requested a redelivery for the package and once again, nothing. When I went to the post office the next day they claimed that there was no one willing to sign for the package. There were 2 people at the house literally waiting for the package to arrive. I paid a good amount extra to make sure I got the package for a 2 day delivery and they screwed me over without a partial refund or even an apology at minimum.

Worst post office to go to. Big tall fat guy is a jerk.

Mail goes missing constantly! My mail has been delivered to neighbors house! When it does arrive it is bent or torn open!

Lousy customer service--according to the USPS tracking, my package arrived at the PO at 10:13 am; went there at 3:30 that same day in hopes of picking it up before leaving on vacation the next day since my mail was going to be held, and this lazy lady at the counter claimed it wasn't there but never even bothered to go back and look (when it really was there the whole time)--finally did manage to pick it up the next morning on my way out of town but could have had it a day sooner and saved myself a second trip had that lady taken a few minutes to check in the back for me

Unaware of the rights of the public, and needs better management.

Don't go here. Honestly don't waste your time worst Postal Office. Go to Lower Burrell and Apollo.
