We love this branch of US Bank! We are always met with smiles and helpful staff. Sandy has gone above and beyond to assist us when other banking institutions have failed us. I highly recommend the Malad branch! Thank you, Sandy, Holly and Shelby

Still can't log on to online banking. This make day 2. Is the computer system on strike?

This bank has been great in terms of regular banking; depositing checks, direct deposits, withdrawals, etc.

The thing that they are horrible with is customer service in the loan department.

They take their sweet time and do not call you back regarding loan approval or denial. I have to go out of my way to get an uncertain answer from them. When your seeking financing for something, time is an important factor. I understand there are underwriting processes and procedures that take time but this bank in particular has no care to communicate to you.

This has happened twice to me, and has happened to close friends and family at this specific branch.

Customer service and customer communication is everything with a business.
