My husband and I came in yesterday
for a few last minute Christmas decorations. We decided to use the self checkout lane. We needed help with an item and a young gentleman named Richard was inmediately there to help us out with a smile. He was upbeat, friendly, and very helpful!! His customer service was top notch and my husband and I were really impressed and left Lowe's happy with the service and great items we purchased!

Our family stopped in to make a purchase. We were assisted by Hunter and Mercy. Both associates were knowledgeable and serviced our needs. Great job, Hunter and Mercy 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

I came in yesterday to get a steel door that you had in stock since none of the Lowes closer to me had one. The guy sitting behind the desk by the doors was fantastic. He stopped what he was doing, got up from behind the computer, went and pulled the door out for me and waited, holding the door, while I got a cart. Then walked me around the store to get a few items that I needed to finish the project. I havent seen customer service like this in a long time. I live 2 miles from the Belle Vernon Lowes but my first trip to the Greensburg store makes me want to come there instead. I wish I would have got his name but he was a younger guy with a beard. Please give this dude some recognition.

Had a pick up order and they called to remind me, had a lot going on that we forgot about it. Didn't wait long for it. Always go to Lowe's to get items.

Shop there often being a contractor… they have great deals to watch for and give kickbacks on gift cards for shopping with them. Added bonus, we buy the gift cards from Giant Eagle and get free gas for all our purchases made there

As clueless and unhelpful some of the staff can be the store manager always makes it right. Nice and professional and I appreciated doing business with him.

Lowe’s of Greensburg in Hempfield Square provided SAME DAY DELIVERY on items needed for a home project, including full sheets of drywall and a bucket of drywall mud. The driver was very friendly, helping to unload the items and provide some pleasant conversation. It was a great time saver, and the delivery fee is incredibly reasonable.

Purchased a Refrigerator. Price was great and pretty much what I wanted. They delivered it in 2 days, when everyone else was giving delivery times of a week or two. I needed to be called ahead of time so I could meet the truck at the apartment. They did exactly what I wanted and the whole process was perfect. Also, the delivery team did a great job and were very professional unlike my most recent experience with Best Buy.

So I purchased blinds several times from Lowes Greensburg. This last time I purchased when the blinds came in and were delivered I called the store to set up the install. I tried at least 4 different times I could not get anyone that could help me or even knew anything. They kept telling me I didn't pay for an install when I did. I tried again today talked to Kelly. She said she was fairly new but went out of her way to help me. I want to Thank her for finally helping me get my blinds installed!!

Excellent service. Redoing our bathroom and decided to use Lowes this time. Better selection, items in stock. Ordered bathroom surround online, came in damaged. Returned with no problem and reordered. So far good.

The staff at this location are unmatched. My partner and I frequent this location and we have never encountered someone who wasn’t extremely pleasant. We love taking our dog with us too. Everyone always has dog treats in their aprons and always love saying hi to our pup. Makes spending tons of money on home improvements a lot more enjoyable!!!
