Called and Ron was quick and efficient getting me and my children back into our car. His communication was wonderful and he quoted me such a reasonable price

Ron just came by to help me with my apartment door lockout and he was extremely kind, professional, and timely!! From the time I initially called him, I was back in my apartment within 30 minutes. Reasonable price, as well. I had an unfortunate experience with a different locksmith the night before so I was very comforted by the fact he was very honest and upfront with his price and services! Burglar's Nightmare's service was amazing! Ron was extremely busy today, and was still able to come out to my house to help me with my car. We bought one of our cars years ago and it only came with one key. We lost the key and Ron was able to make us two new keys and program them for us in a matter of minutes. Ron was extremely nice and helpful. I can not say enough things about their service and I highly recommend them. I expected to pay a lot more, and was very satisfied with the final price.

I can not recommend anyone else better! Ronald was very quick at replying and even made an appointment for the next day ( he was even available the same day I called but I just was at work already ). When he arrived he was pretty much in and out within 20 minutes ! I could not believe how quick I had two keys and a new fob! I called Burglars Nightmare about getting into a my vehicle that I was locked out of, and had no keys for it. I stopped into this Locksmith shop for help and this place (Ron, I think) delivered! I needed help with a Key Fob and Transponder key for my Toyota FJ and he fixed everything, spent more time than I ever expected and had my new key working again. I tried to do this on own buying things on eBay, but I should have just came here first. He's ordering me a 2nd FOB since the one I got wasn't the correct one. His fees are incredibly reasonable, don't even think of going to a dealer when he can fix your issues for less than half the cost of a car dealer. After working with me, he donated the service. Not something I asked him to do BUT I was very grateful that he did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND from beginning to the end!

Can't say enough about this business. All vehicle keys were lost or misplaced. Called around noon on a Saturday. They were in my driveway by 4:30 with two OEM keys already cut. I recently purchased a commercial handle on Mac bids that had no key. I called burglars nightmare and he was awesome to work with. Within the hour of dropping off the handle he picked the lock and made me 4 new keys. He is very inexpensive and was pleased with the quickness. I don't want to post prices but I think he undercut himself for a skill that not many people have so I threw him some extra money for lunch. It was our nightmare when I locked the keys in my daughter's mini Cooper along with the car seat, diaper bag, and her wallet. I called Burglar's Nightmare because they were the closest locksmith but now I would call them even if they weren't because Ron was great. He came in only a few minutes. Even though it's hard to get into a Mini Cooper he kept trying and using different things until he did! He was super nice and the price was way less than we expected. We are super happy with the service they gave us and highly recommend them.

I called two other lock smiths this morning and neither called back… we tried the third one, which is this amazing business, and he called in less than two minutes, and was there in 15! He was able to get me back into my apartment in what was literally probably a minute, and even offered to make me a free copy of the key! 100% recommend them. Amazing.

This company goes above and beyond for clients. I needed my car unlocked they where there within 20 minutes so I didn’t have to wait! Then had to get key phob made and they went above and beyond to make sure I would never have issue again and even got me spare set so I wouldn’t happen again! Open 24 hours on Monday and to midnight on other days. Big help to my mom when her door knob hardware stopped working. Fast service and they did not take advantage of her. Also installed a keypad to open the garage without a remote.

This man saved my day. My car key broke apart, it wouldn't start my vehicle. I was thinking that I was going to have to spend probably close to $1000. For a key for my vehicle.
