I asked Laura for a moisturizer recommendation and she got so excited and was so enthusiastic about showing me! She was so helpful. She was even knowledgeable about how the specific moisturizers were made and what the ingredients all do, I’m at Ulta at least twice a month and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at one!

I booked an appointment at the salon to get highlights, and Maria was AMAZING. So detailed in our consultation and did a beautiful job on my hair.

I got my eyebrows tinted and waved today by Haley. She did an amazing job and I’m happy with my brows. I’ve never gotten anything done like this before so I was nervous about how it was going to turn out. As soon as I saw them I was happy to see how they looked. Thanks Haley!

I've been in to Ulta a few times here in Moscow & the staff is always so knowledgeable & helpful. Today was something compleatly above & beyond. Holly really helped my friend out of a mascara mistake! My friend had tried some new waterproof mascara & it was really bothering her eyes. We had tried simple makeup remover wipes that claimed they would take it off but thoes did nothing. So we dropped into the local Ulta in Moscow, & Holly helped remove her mascara. It took a a bit of work but we are so greatful for Holly's expertise. Thank You Holly!!!

The setup of the store makes it really easy to navigate what you are looking for. I didn't catch her name but she was super helpful trying to help me locate my shade of foundation. The cashier at the front was sooooo sweet!

Found everything I needed with ease and with expertise from the staff. Most knowledgeable employees I have found in an Ulta. I recently moved and my skin was reacting weird to the climate. Purchased all new skin products on recommendation from the staff and my skin immediately began to transform. About to purchase new hair products for the same reason and I am heading back there for the great staffs help.

I love this Ulta location! The staff is always super helpful. I have gone to their salon on a couple occasions, one time having my hair cut unevenly, like to the point one side was over an inch longer. When I called the store and talked to the stylist they fixed it for free.

We had an absolutely stellar experience at Ulta today, all thanks to Taylor! We came today in looking for a makeup tutorial for my teenaged daughter. Taylor was absolutely amazing--she asked all the right questions and talked my daughter through every part of the process--from skin care to foundation to shadow to gloss. She made product recommendations and suggestions--all without pressure. We left with everything we needed. Great experience!

Got my hair done from fantastic woman named Allie! She did an amazing job! I love it! Would highly recommend her. I also watched Sarah give a haircut and it looked great! Lindsey was also very friendly.

I couldn't find anywhere on the Ulta website to give praise to a particular employee, so I resort to Google. I made an appointment with Ciera on a whim to fix my hair color disaster. She was very professional yet personable. She made a point to ensure that we were on the same page before she did anything and even tried to educate me as much as possible about how hair coloring works. She also recommended some great products. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out and I hope people consider going to Ciera if they want similar results.

Helpful staff. Carry about anything you could want or need for personal care. Had our makeup done just for fun at the Clinique counter. No pressure to buy, yet I managed to spend $70.

Staff and managers are always very friendly and helpful even when the store is busy. I have a great experience everytime I go in. Huge selection in this store that not all Ulta stores have. This store has Mac and Nars in addition to the other top brands.

Got my makeup done by Eli at the MAC counter. Super quick, excellent color selection, really knew what would work for me! Loved every bit of it! 5 stars all around!!!

They let me return items that I'm unable to use due to skin reactions which is great. I never know if something will bother me so being able to try it and then return or exchange it after using it is wonderful!
