I was treated with kindness,and such respect from this employee .she knew her stuff .I thought she was actually part of management the way she carried herself. .But she wasn't ..Corporate should really take a good look at this special employee her name is Kat copeland I belive she is a diamond in the ruff who needs to be recognized for her amazing knowledge oft the merchandise in the store and also her customer service.

Isaiah was a tremendous help! Very personable and knowledgeable staff overall, everyone is patient and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. My experience here turned me into a lifelong Verizon customer.

This placed saved us from the hell realm we found ourselves in with AT&T. They worked as a team to find us the best possible solution for our situation, gave us multiple quotes, and were completely transparent and took time to actually explain everything. Isaiah rules, this store rules. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Megan was amazing with helping me with an iPhone, iPad, ear buds, iPhone watch, and a JbL party speaker. Very pleasant and good with helping me learn how to speak apple. I have been a verizon customer since their inception. 100% satisfied. Thank you.

What a relief!!! I'd been dreading replacing my old phone, after an abysmal experience in a Hagerstown location (the one off Garland Groh). The salesperson there talked over me & tried to push a model waaaaaay more expensive & fancy than I wanted. I ended up walking out.

This experience was entirely the opposite. Monae got me set up with the phone I wanted, with no hard sell or interruptions. She was friendly & efficient. It was well worth $30 to not have to fuss with setting it up. I was out of there in less than half an hour, and with no headache this time.

Customer service was terrific, as it always is. Mitch went the extra mile to help me with my new phone. He was most helpful in showing me compatible enhancement items and in negotiating the best deal for me. These are the things I know I can count on with Verizon.

This is a Corporate store. They are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer, they search diligently to find the answer! It took 5 days on the phone with phone representatives and only a 1/2 hour at this store to fix my situation with my new phone. Thank you to all who took care of me : )

Pete, the friendly and extremely knowledgeable associate, helped my wife and myself almost immediately upon entering this location. He patiently helped my wife switch her current phone to her new phone. He also gave us helpful tutorials about the phone and made sure we had the right protection for the phone. If only more associates everywhere had the same demeanor people would be more likely to buy items in store instead of online. Can't say enough how helpful Pete was and that is also an Army Vet as well. He was certainly our hero today!

I went in with requests but not the knowledge. The staff, Julie Ann, was excellent, helpful, informative, knowledgeable & never made me feel like the 'non'-techknowledgable individual that I am. & even the General Manager, Randy, was of personal assistance with a problem I was having & included some basic ease of use information.

Waited less than 5 minutes. Everyone wore masks. Mitch was extremely helpful and never gave me a hard sell. Spent time with me to fix phone problem. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Chambersburg, PA Verizon store are awesome! They will let you be if you are content to just look around, and or, listen to your wants and needs to better assist you yet they are not pushy. Plus it seems that they have good employee retention because some people have been working there for years which makes it nice when shopping for new devices and the one selling it kinda has an idea of your tastes and how temperate you are on devices.

Matt provided 5 star customer service! Instead of immediately trying to sell me another phone, he worked with me to back-up and troubleshoot mine. When it wasn't responding to troubleshooting, he immediately ordered a replacement, which was covered under warranty. Don't go to a different location--I didn't have the same experience in Hagerstown a week ago. The Wayne Ave location in Chambersburg can't be beat!

Overall nice customer service, longer wait times however so be prepared for that. Was able to help with setting up a new line with Verizon and picking out a new phone.

I love this place. You get greeted and if you want to check out the phones, you can. If you need help it's always with a smile. It's a welcoming place with well educated people yet it's not stuffy.

They are wonderful people to deal with. And I've always prefer Verizon to all the others. Cost a little more, but when I need my phone it works. I have service.

Wanted to upgrade my iPhone 6's since the ios could no longer update. Mitch helped me by describing the iPhone 11's to me and explaining what to expect with my new plan.

I apologize that I cannot remember the specialist's name who was so helpful yesterday. I was befuddled, and they were patient, kind, and instructive. Everything worked out in the end, and I am very grateful. Thank you!

I have Verizon and they are the best company and the only issue I have with my phone is out in the woods there's no service or in the mountains other wise they are a good company but I do have one question about the phone I am glad to come back to Verizon
