The stylists were all super nice and professional and did a great job fixing my hair! I had a hack job previously and the bangs were especially terrible and somehow my stylist even made me bangs look longer? Magic! Plus such a good shampoo job! A great budget option, and the online check in worked great! Anyone who had trouble with the online check in maybe did it wrong?

This location in Palouse Mall is always busy, so it's best to check in online. They have also changed their hours recently. Keep in mind they are now closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
This store is always very clean and very organized. Everyone is also very helpful and experienced.

Was do happy to have such a great stylus as Amber! who understood what I wanted and needed and was able to do it. I’m very happy. I’m sure I’ll see her again in another six weeks. .

Great clips in the Palouse mall is quick and convenient. My preferred stylist, Brandi, does an always great job. The check in process is easy and wait times are short. A+ for sure! Thank you, Brandi. ☺

Brandi is an EXCELLENT hairdresser!! I'll come in with a haircut idea(always changing my style)& she has me walking out with the new cut(Moscow Great Clips) Highly recommend this Salon as it's always clean & staff is courteous

I was pretty nervous to go here to change my side/under cut into a bob because it's not something stylists probably do often and I suck at communicating what I want. However, they did a fantastic job and I'm so glad I went here over anywhere else in town. The younger woman who did my hair listened to me and gave me a cut that was even better than I expected. I feel much more confident now.
If you're cautious due to the low prices, don't be.

I can’t say enough good things about this Great Clips in Moscow, ID. Originally, I had posted a one star review for 2 unfortunate incidents in the salon. The management at Great Clips got RIGHT back to me (on a Sunday, no less) and on Monday, the manager of the store, Brandy, was calling me. She invited me back to get a haircut from her (gratis) and showed the trainee how to cut my style. I was amazed that they cared about a customer so much! Thank you, Brandy and Great Clips crew for a wonderful experience!

I hadn't had a salon haircut since covid began and they were so great. I wore my mask and the stylist was very professional. She did a great job with the pixie style I asked for. She also had good recommendation for product to help style my new cut and didn't try to sell me the most expensive item, she was knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm definitely going back when I need a reshaping to keep up with the great work she did.

Best experience I’ve had at a walk-in place like this! Angel was amazing, very friendly and she did an awesome job! Will probably make this my default place to get my hair done!

My first time into Great Clips in Moscow. Didn't have to wait long. Went from VERY long hair to a pixie cut and my hairdresser, Brandi was fantastic! She gave me different options before cutting and I love the end result! I will be back!

Great clips in palouse mall is best great clips in Moscow Pullman area. Employees are very friendly and some of them really very skilled. They take online reservations that is helpful if you are travelling from Pullman, that will reduce your wait time.

My son got his haircut here by Sara. She did a great job!!! I am a stylist at a different Great Clips but my son is up there at college and needed a haircut so I told him to go there since I live in a different part of the state. She did a great job (my son sent pics) and my son was happy.

I really liked my cut! I went from super long to short. I donated my hair and so then I had a free cut! It was great. The girls were sweet and fast. It was a little bit of a wait but book an appointment and no problem.

I got my hair cut by a fellow named Q, and let me tell you...he was super nice and very precise. I have extremely fine hair and the utmost care was taken to address this. Q was fun to talk to and proficient with clippers/scissors. Almost all of my cuts at Great Clips have been great: this one was the best!

I got a Perfect haircut, and it's very rare for me to be anything other than regretful after a haircut, often I gotta where a hat until I get used to it. Not this time though, I wear it proudly 🥲

Always been pretty good and doing exactly what I want then it just depends on finding the stylist that does it just right for you but mostly all good!

I have always had a great experience here. Wait time is usually minimal and the salon staff are kind and professional. Never gotten a bad haircut from them, I highly recommend.

Love great clips, have not had a problem with getting what I ask for. But nobody shampoos anymore before cutting. You have to ask and it is extra.
