Excellent customer service and professional. I called them up, they sent a guy out named Gage by the next day. He had the basement floor drain cleaned and draining like it was brand new within thirty minutes, and taught me a ton about how drains work, what can cause clogs, etc.

Drain Pro is exactly what the name suggests. If you need help with a drain problem, these are the guys to call. They are prompt, reliable, professional and polite. They have saved us several times now, and given us great advice to help solve our problems long term. I highly recommend this company!

We had Don out to locate and inspect our sewer line. He was able to also show us how it is configured, he was quick, professional and charged a very reasonable rate that matched was quoted on the phone. Also, he was a wealth of knowledge beyond just our drain system and we would definitely use his services again if needed, thanks again for the great work Don.

I live in a old house and have had lots of plumbing issues over the years . I have dealt with lots of plummers and had my drains cleaned several times in the past 20 years . Don showed up early and knows his job well . He was very fast and professional and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up like others have done in the past . He told me what he charges on the phone which was very reasonable then charged me less than his quote . I will never call Roto Rooter again . this guy is local and knows the importance of good customer service . if I ever need my drains worked on he is the guy I will call . Drain pro? Are you kidding me!? More like a drain GOD. Solved my issue in the most cost-effective way possible. Explained exactly what the problem was and how to easily remedy it with a simple part for my tub. He’s certainly very knowledgeable about his trade and it shows. He’s also extremely friendly and was able to fit me into his tight schedule, when I needed service ASAP. Would recommend to anyone!!

Don is an exceptional professional in this line of work and tells the truth about what's going on and not necessarily what you want or don't want to hear (sometimes the truth hurts buts needed). He gives 150% effort to give the best chance to open a drain or diagnose an issue or even a potential issue! He's a great family man as well and doesn't need to make a million dollars on a job like other companies in the same line of work. Had a laundry drain issue in our duplex,
