As a business owner, I have multiple insurances for multiple parts of my business. After getting discouraged by some stolen tools, I went through multiple strikeouts with my other insurance companies finding a way to cover theft. Melissa Lindstrom from this branch assured me that the coverage she had included on our Homeowners with Allstate would cover my losses, and created a light at the end of the tunnel I didn’t think existed. Extraordinary employee who takes pride in her work, beyond thankful for her and Allstate!

The employees at the Zdobinski office always make me feel valued and are extremely helpful! Any time that I have had an issue with a claim or my coverage they are quick to help in any way necessary. Whether that be answering my question directly, researching the topic, or reaching out to other parties. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help in all situations!

I have been with "Edward Zdobinski: Allstate Insurance" since 2018. They will give you a good cheap quote in the beginning to pull you as a new customer but will keep increasing the quote substantially every year. My quote in 2018 for home insurance was $500.00 and now in 2022 they made it almost $900.00. They are there to rip you off by keep charging you more and more. Further, nobody returns the phone calls. Every time you call them, they note down the details and tell them someone will call you back and THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS. Avoid it all cost.

Ed’s office never answers the phone!! One insurance agent that I’ve never met or spoken with. You only talk to the office girls. My policies were supposed to be cancelled but they weren’t. Nothing like my escrow account paying to 2 insurance companies! Ed didn’t even refund my mortgage company! Stay away from this Allstate!!!!

Absolutely!!!! Disgusted!!! Wait until you get your CLUE report after he is your AGENT!!! 2 NAF accidents claimed to repair a chipped glass when he said it would not impact Premiums.My daughter was hit by a car...took him a month to do the claim.3 other NAF accidents on my clue report with a pay out of $0.My Atty will be in contact with him.Wait until you go to get insurance somewhere else....COMPLETELY!!!!! Screws you over!!! Can't return a phone call either!!! He doesn't have the time while he is on vacation!!!
