Excellence in professionalism 100%! Mr. Minolli was patient, ,he answered all my questions till I could completely understand. Was patient with me because I was in shock over this horrific situation. I would recommend this man to help your loved one during the worst day of their lives and he does it with the upmost respect for his clients!

Not too bad y guess

I called stating that I was unfamiliar with how the process worked and wanted some clarification. He asked my name and then proceeded to ask personal questions. When I said I was calling for clarification on the process and wasn’t ready to provide personal information, he got irritated and told me that this business has 72 years behind it and if I didn’t like the way he was conducting business, I should go elsewhere. Then he hung up on me. It is a truly a shame that he did not have the patience to at least say, “Before I tell you how the process works, I’ll need to know the person’s name, date of birth, etc”. This would’ve been a more responsible way to conduct business, not to hang up on someone making inquiries. This call showed me that if ever I need this service, never to use Mirolli, for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
