Dr Jacobson is very professional, yet very friendly as is the whole staff. She makes you feel at ease and doesn’t rush you. Have been going here for 15+ years. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Care is amazing but trying to get ahold of someone through the phone is a nightmare.

I was referred to Athena through my PCP as I was looking for a new OB Gyn. The office was difficult to find and after locating and parking, I rushed to the office and found that I had forgotten my mask. Sitting in the office for 10 minutes, the nurse called me in to take my temperature, she rudely stated that I needed a mask to enter the office. I said that I had forgotten my mask and ask if she had one to give me. (I was in a Dr office after all). She glared at me and said no. I repeated the question astonished that they wouldn't have masks available. Even Walmart and Aldis have masks available if one was forgotten. She replied again NO. So I left. I found the office extremely rude especially during this time where everyone is concerned for health and safety. I believe Governor Wolfe has made it clear that businesses working with the public have to have masks available. I will never return to this office and will tells my friends and family of their rude and callus attitude toward a new patient.

I never went to this facility. But whenever i was trying to get set up with a new gyno, the lady on the phone was rather rude. She asked for my insurances, and when i told her what i had for a secondary, which is medical assistance, she said, we don't deal that. And that was that. None of her referring me to other offices or explaining. She acted like i was a criminal for have Medicade as a SECONDARY insurance. I understand if certain places don't cover certain insurances, but gee.
