This business is the best computer service in the Pittsburgh area. Even though I live across the city, the drive is well worth the knowledge and productivity of this shop. They helped me build a custom PC, ordered all the parts for me, and completely assembled it. The owner was very communicative and gave me updates throughout the whole process. My machine has been running top notch performance for gaming and video editing— exactly what I asked for. Definitely will return for upgrades!

Zane was great, he did a free diagnostic and was able to find the problem quickly. He couldn't fix my motherboard, unfortunately, because I had been sent a bad one by MSI. He was super helpful and I 100% recommend going to him.

I had a chain reaction of issues on a newer system just out of its warranty and everything was resolved. Timely and affordable. Zane is very knowledgeable, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend you see him for any PC repair or maintenance!

I cannot recommend these services enough! My laptop died when I was in the middle of finishing my semester online. Zane gave me a lot of different options but in the end recommended replacing my system. He went above and beyond to help me set up the new computer and ensure that I understood everything I could ever want to know about how it worked. His pricing was fair and everything was very clear-cut and simple. Within an hour I was back to working on my schoolwork thanks to Zane!

Service was Better than Excellent, if that's possible ! Zane fixed my serious network connection error problems. Also transferred hard drive files to new SSD drive, and installed in desktop. At a very reasonable price. Zane kept me informed on progress. Then promptly called me, when work was completed. On top of that, Zane called me the next day, and asked if every was working fine. I will definitely deal with Zane, for any other computer service work !

Let me start by saying if I could give more stars, I would. I am the Executive Director of Laurel Area Faith in Action. We are a non-profit that provides assistance to the elderly in the eastern part of Westmoreland County. We rely heavily on our data base in order to connect volunteers and recipients. We had a catastrophic crash of our data base as well as our server. I called all around and when I spoke with Zane, it was a breath of fresh air. He was so helpful and understood the urgency of our situation.
He was able to rebuild our database. It is running better than ever. With his computer expertise he was able to suggest a server for us that is so fast that it has me spoiled for any other computer I work on. Zane is professional, extremely knowledgable, and easy to work with. He made the nightmare of our data base and server go away. I would highly recomment him if you need computer assistance. Too often today, people do not take the time to listen and understand the needs of clients, Zane is not one of those. He is patient with even the "dumb" questions.
Running a non-profit, we must maintain fiscal responsibility. I want to share that Zane treated us very fairly.
Overall I would give Zane, and Keystone Computer Services, 100 stars if I could.

zane was very kind and open to what i wanted done for my computer, and when there was a small issue he was straightforward about it and gave us the best alternative that needed to be done for it so we wouldn’t be scrambling trying to figure it out down the road. he answered all of my questions efficiently and professionally, and his services are very affordable! overall just a great and painless experience 👍

Zane was great. He is so knowledgable in his field and provided me with great advice. Would highly recommend and I will definetely be using his services again when my computer has any issues, which will hopefully not be for awhile. (No offense Zane)

Zane recently helped remove viruses from my computer, and reset my device. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and personable. He stayed after hours to ensure my computer was fixed and up to date on the newest software. His customer service and responsiveness was excellent! Excellent To work with. Zane is great, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get your computer up and working. He has updated a few of our computers and removed viruses for us. I would not take my computers anyone else.

I very seldom post public reviews but I left with such a positive outcome that I wanted others looking for computer help to know that you are out there. Not knowing where to take my laptop, I relied on the reviews that I read for you. They couldn't have been more true. I can't honestly remember the last time my computer ran this fast. I have 2 monitors on my PC and one day only one of them would work at a time. I didn't want to be without my computer for long so I dropped it off with Zane and he worked on it right away. I had it back and working perfectly within a few hours. We've used Keystone Computer Services a number of times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended!

I contacted Zane about a month ago, about an issue I was having he was very quick to respond to me. tried to help me but my computer wasn't worth fixing. He had one available went and men with him, very nice person set me up and got me reconnected to the computer world again. Thanks again Zane it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I contacted Zane needing to find out which of my company computers could handle an upgrade to Windows 10. He quickly came out and evaluated the PCs, did the upgrade, and provided support after the fact. He even took some old PCs off of my hands and paid me for the ones that had some worth for him and is recycling the rest.

I have plans to use him for all of my future work.

Zane is a top notch IT guy. He worked around my schedule to help me with my computer, and was able to access it remotely. He improved the speed of my 5 year old laptop to that of a new machine, and kept me informed every step of the way. He is professional, efficient, and customer driven. Could not ask for anything better!

Keystone Computer Services was excellent. After working all afternoon trying to solve an issue with my webcam on my own (which I rely on for my job), I called for help with the issue. Zane did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem with my computer, and when repairing it would have cost too much, he instead was able to build me a brand new computer system that was faster for less money then the original computer cost.
