Efficient, guy behind the counter pretty sure his name was Larry was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to get a quote on a rental. Larry was very helpful in describing everything in detail. Very, very helpful

We had to rent a car on short notice, I made a mistake with my online reservation. Danielle was the counter person and she was exceptionally helpful. Her pleasantness helped make a stressful situation much easier to deal with. 5 stars for her professionalism.

Would give more stars if I could. Came here to exchange a car, when the one I had started leaking wiper fluid during a severe snowstorm. Very friendly and courteous staff, gave us a new set of wheels quickly, they were even nice enough to clear the snow off of the new car.

Returned rental car here. Man at the counter had me taken care of quickly. Was very helpful.

We had a good agent and we would recommend Hertz for car rental.

Fair prices

No windshield wiper in the car. Pretty bad when you drive 17 hrs. and your windshield is smeared

This poor rating has nothing to do with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The fleet of cars however leaves a lot to be desired. But once again the staff is really good and they can't control what corporate provides them to rent out. If they had fresher cars I'd give them as many stars as possible

This location does not give out rewards points but doesn't tell you that until you chase them several times. Was stolen out of over 1,000 rewards points for my rental and then overcharged initially when returned the car.

The prices are extremely high. I would not take it next time.

don’t ever do business here. they take $350 off your card from the gate. even when insurance pays for it. SCAMMERS

Rarely come to make reviews but I felt this one was important. The person I spoke to in regards to my rental was exceptionally rude. Her demeanor was standoffish from the moment we met and until the final part of my experience. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and would not recommend any of my friends use this service.

Reserved and paid for a mid-sized and was given a compact. The sales person had a horrible, condecending attitude. I'll never go back.
