Great orthopedic dr, experienced in all aspects of injuries. Would recommend him for elbow injury. Took care of me immediately after my accident. Honest. Staff is great

The pain was unbearable but it gets better believe it or not that’s was my only concern was with all the pain but it does get better every day I know in the first few days you don’t think so but if I can get through it anyone can and everything is looking better than before and I am not recovered yet it’s looking better every day and everyone was so understanding and helping me coming to my home to help me even though I had to check out of the hospital for family reasons they still had taken care of me and I want to thank Dr Lauro and his team for a job well done I am very pleased with my new knee I am very grateful for all the help and support they gave me after the surgery and they were all amazing and they were so helpful even when I was in unbearable pain they would help me work through it with me and they showed me I can do this Thank you again Dr. Lauro patient 4482 lol

I have known Dr. Lauro for his entire life extending back to his days at a parochial high school in Massachusetts. He was a driven student and an accomplished athlete. Furthermore, he completed undergraduate education at Brown University and attended medical school at the University of Rochester. Dr. Lauro is thorough and meticulous in his surgical practice. He is certainly an expert with respect to arthroplasty and should be considered when the time arises for hip replacement.

Dr. Lauro did my surgery on my torn Achilles’ tendon and also reattached a pice of bone in my heal. He did a wonderful job, his staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Lauro is very caring and careful. He always explains everything and spends the time with me I need to understand what my problems are and what treatments are needed.

Thoroughly done with the doctors here at excela. Girlfriend had her knee operated on when she was 12, now at almost 24 is having knee issues, PCP sent her here prior to an MRI to review pins in her knee. X-rays were taken and "Dr" laro came in for an entire three minutes, looked at her and said everything was fine, and that he could try to get her a knee brace, but that none would probably fit her leg and asked her if she even works. This is extraordinary unprofessional and rude, and it's been this way every time we have visited anywhere with Excela Health. I'm absolutely baffled that any "doctor" would have the balls to say anything along these lines. This is disgusting.

I was referred by family dr to this office for a shoulder injury. Went to him he asked me a few questions said that I just inflamed my shoulder gave me a shot said I should be good in a few days. In a few days I called his office back as the pain was not getting better yet getting worse.. Was told nothing more could be done they than sent me to a nerve dr. I decided to have a second opinion and went to dr.wilson out of indinana. Was sent for a Mri as sure enough I had tear in my labrail muscle. So I was told nothing was wrong ... Horrible experiance with this dr would no recommend him ever

STAFF IS WONDERFUL BUT BEST TO GET SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU LET HIM CUT YOU.TOLD MY INSURANCE COMPANY HE REPAIRED A TORN MUSCLE WHICH CAUSED THIS TOTAL RIP REPLACEMENT. WALKED BETTER BEFORE OPERATION .DONT USE EXCELA PHYSCIAL THERPY IF HE GIVES A SCRIPE FOR IT....BEST OFF TO GET MONEY WORTH GO TO UPMC
