This was my greatest Verizon experience. Honestly Liz and Bryan were so lovely and helped me so much. They were so kind and got me the best!

Kyle was very nice and professional and helped us alot. They were great with me having my toddler and helped keep her busy.

Kyle did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond in helping me with my new phone. He made the process quick and headache free. Thank you Kyle!

Robert G did an amazing job setting up my new iPhone today! Robert went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the charges, promotions, credits, and billing process. Robert also went as far to set up my liquid screen protector and warranty. I would highly recommend Robert!

Today I went to the Latrobe Verizon store because my phone was not working properly. Robert waited on me and tried several things to determine what was causing my phone to not work. He found the problem and determined that a new phone was in store. He explained the differences and prices on the three phones I was interested in. After selecting the phone, he did all the set up of my new phone including transferring what I had saved on my old phone. He is a true professional in this field with many years of experience. He exhibited knowledge and skills that provided me with confidence that I have a great phone along with his expertise for any questions or concerns I may have down the road. Ask for Robert when you visit and you will be glad you did!

Robert was a great help to us, he made it very simple and easy to switch over to Verizon from two different phone plans. He took very good care of us setting up our phones and applying our screen protectors as well as registering everything we needed, If you plan on switching to Verizon ask for Robert!
