The staff acts like they own this mans practice. They will not return phone calls, they are cocky, my father needed oxygen. Would not return calls. Did not even listen to the visiting nurse when she called. My dad couldn't breathe, ended up in the hospital, and suffered a mild heart attack. I doubt dr prosperi was even informed.
Such a shame that a physicians reputation can be ruined by the front office staff!!!
