Twigs Restaurant & Cafe

Twig's is such a great restaurant. The atmosphere is great. The service is good. And the food is delish!! The baked onion soup is a must have. You can't go wrong with the fish tacos or any sandwich on the menu. There's different specials every day, which is so fun. Parking can be a little tricky but you can usually find a spot on the side. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner here last week. We had the upstairs private room, which was decorated and set up for our arrival. We had three options of entrees, and everyone enjoyed their food. There were children in our party and one member with dietary restrictions, and they were all accommodated cheerfully. Our waitress Morgan worked hard running all of our food and drinks upstairs all evening and never failed to smile. The only area that could be improved is communication. The owner, Jerry, is the only person who can schedule and arrange catering events, and he is extremely busy as a small business owner. He was a little difficult to pin down about the menu, but once we connected, he was easy to work with. I highly recommend Twigs for any special events in your life!

Excellent place for lunch or dinner. Food is top shelf.

Twigs Review....
It was my first time here. It has a cool vibe with how it's setup. Its well put together from the decor to the wonderful staff to the awesome menu. I hate when restaurants try to do too much with their menu but twigs had it down pat. The menu wasn't overwhelming but it was filled with all great selections and it made it tough to decide (from Burgers to Steaks & Seafood). Our waitress Sara was very good. It was our 5 year wedding anniversary and we made a good choice eating here. We both ordered the specials and substituted one of our sides for the French onion soup. Very delicious soup. My steak was cooked perfectly as it was so tender that I could cut it with a butter knife. The portion was just right. It was around $50 for 2 quality meals which is not bad at all. It's a place worth driving to checkout and you leave wishing you had a place like it your own area.

Monte Cristo was good. The turkey wrap with cranberry sauce was delicious. Crab bisque had nice body and chunks of crab.

Food is amazing every time fom the apps, to the burgers to the kids selections. We had the gouda mac and cheese bites(amazing), Philly cheeseteak eggrolls(couldn't believe how great they were), kids mac and cheese with chicken bites(our 3 year old ate ALL the mac and cheese which RARELY happens) and an All American burger(not greasy like other places). Needless to say, just on those items, we were stuffed with some goodies to take home and snack on later. Twigs has been and always will be one of my favorite stops for the last 20+ years

It was Valentines Day and I was surprised there was an open reservation but we were able to go early (5). We shared the two seafood specials… Divin scalllips and Haddock Delise with crabmeat…. aMAZING! I am even more surprised there was availability! If we shut our eyes we could have thought we were in “The City”! Superb!

I haven't been to Twigs in a few years, but the food was just as good as I remembered. I had the chicken and wild mushroom, which was amazing.
Parking is mostly on street, but there is a small parking lot behind the bank across the street.

Such an awesome experience for my family and I while dining in! We have ordered curb side multiple times and really enjoyed the food. We have tried as a family about half their menu and they never disappoint. We got a table right up against the downtown window and watched the people and cars go by. Our waitress Jamie was very attentive even during busy times. A must try if you are in the Tunkhannock area. Oh and the atmosphere was so peaceful. Thank you Twigs !

Sat outside had a great lunch. Beet salad, Mac and cheese bites, boneless wings and meatballs. Service was fabulous.

This restaurant is cozy and always leaves us with the best impressions! The hosts were hospitable and friendly. The food is always incredible with beautiful presentation. I recommend to everyone! I cant wait to come back here again and again. Hands down the best restaurant I've been to in NEPA!!!!

We had a lovely evening. The service was 10 stars..fast and accurate. Lovely ladies made sure everything was perfect. Excellent drinks! The food was fresh and quality. We WILL be back!

We ordered the Onion Soup, the Monte Cristo, and Sweet Baby Jam Burger with Onion Rings. Each bite of the burger was delightful and to quote my boyfriend, 'I would drink that blackberry jam' and 'I want to add jam to all my burgers now!'. My soup was so cozy and I was so happy that each crouton was crunchy even at the bottom of the cup! My Monte Cristo was not as crunchy as last time however I would honestly buy that Cranberry Orange Jam if they sold it. I was loving every bite regardless. Every time I've come to Twigs I bring someone and they have all been impressed with the decor, service, and especially the food. Amazing place. 😍

This restaurant is so good! Had never been here before and was in the area visiting and glad we picked this place. The waitress was very nice and the food was so good. They also play good music and drinks are great as well! Definitely recommend :)

My husband drank a beer while I ate lunch..it became obvious that our waitress was miffed by this (even though he left a 20%tip)...that her only other table in the place was serviced well during their dining experience 5x over compared to ours (all while she felt as though she would get better tipped by their table)...our last visit to twigs I'm sorry to say....

My Sweetie took me here for Valentine’s dinner. My Cowboy steak dinner was so delicious and meat was prepared as ordered. He really enjoyed his Halibut special.
The service was friendly and our food came out really quickly.
Overall we had a pleasant experience and will return for more. So happy that there’s a Restaurant like Twigs in town.

A great atmosphere, with great food. Parking space is very limited, but the food is wonderful. If you can find space here at off hours, it seems like it'd make a fairly romantic getaway.

Best restaurant in town offering various excellent dishes at a reasonable price. If you happen to stop by Tunkhannock, this place is a must.

I only think they could have a bigger menu. More dinner foods/comfort foods. This place is awesome and clean reasonably prices not to mention the staff are so pleasant. The owners are the nicest people I have ever meet.

Twigs has never disappointed us! Wait staff is always very attentive and the food is consistently great! This time we had the Prime Rib Philly Cheese Steak which was to die for! From the tender cuts of prime rib all the way to the bun it was on. And of course when you are in the mood for good fries, these fries are one of the things we always look forward to! Our second favorite is the crab cake sandwiches. Can't go wrong with either!
