Very fast and efficient experience. And the people were super nice and professional. With my appointment it took less than 15 minutes. If you are exchanging an out of state license or renewing a MT one, for the RealID you need more documents than is normally required. Check the MDV to see what qualifies.

Worst DMV experience I've ever had! You HAVE to make appointment, then they allow walk-ins in before you, I waited 15 minutes while non-appointments were helped, finally acknowledged AFTER I said something with no apology. Half the time I'm in there she's not just helping trainee but doing things for her instead. Never knew when she was talking to me or trainee. Didn't even know what I was there to do so don't know why I had to set it all up. Then I had email and downloadable pdf from official courthouse that I didn't know had to be printed, they can't print that but they can print other BS and hand it to me. Then I get miffed finally and though I wasn't rude I was clearly upset about the situation and her response was rude and short... unbelievable!!!!
