Mercantile 22

Great store with incredible selections and amazing prices. Was pleasantly greeted by an informed salesperson who was readily available but not pushy or hovering. I’ll be back to spend some more time looking around. There is something for everyone from a new piece for yourself or a unique gift

I love this store! I like to check in (at least) monthly as it’s always changing. My out of town friends always want to pop in when they come to visit. You can find a gift for *anyone* here. If you’ve got to put together a gift or raffle basket, definitely start at Mercantile 22 (and then hop across the street to Monzie’s!)

Mercantile 22 offers a nostalgic view of the past with a fascinating glance into the present. They are a combination of an antique store, and a gadget store. Some of the products they sell include: rugs, fiber arts supplies, furniture, and many other unique items. Be sure to stop at their store during Christmas in our town for free hot chocolate and cookies!

The best part of Tunkhannock is this place. It's perfect for the small town setting but run by people that understand esthetic and style. There are so many great gifts for everyone on the list, women, men, pets and kids alike. The store itself has been kept in it's old fashioned charm with the original hardwood floors and tin ceilings, large front windows with lovely displays. I especially love the coffees and teas. They also support local artisans by displaying and selling their works, also. I'm so happy that there's a place like this and people like this in our little historic town.

Charming small town store with really wonderful owners and employees. An assortment of refreshments available to customers when you walk in with friendly greetings. I did much of my Christmas shopping here because they have such unique things and what's better than supporting our small businesses? Highly recommend stopping in at Mercantile 22!

I really like this new (ish) store in town. They carry different things and a large variety of things from jewelry to camping supplies to yarn for knitting. Staff is super friendly and the dog is a huge plus, haha

Great store. Such a lovely shop with lots of unique items to choose from. There is something for everyone. They even have a wonderful selection of yarns in their yarn shop.

Advertised as a modern general store, but really is so much more. Unique products that are carefully curated. If you want to treat yourself, or need a gift, this is the place.
