Dos Amigos

In my humble opinion, they are one of the best restaurants in town. While not authentically Mexican, the food is really good and pretty close to the real deal. Unfortunately, prices have more than doubled, but I doubt you can find a restaurant in town that hasn't had to increase prices. The wait staff is excellent, not bothering you, but prompt with orders and refills, and pleasant while doing so. Also, taking suggestions with a smile and good humor. I recommend Dos Amigos (two brothers) to anyone looking for good food, a lot of it, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Very speedy and kind service! We were seated and served chips w delicious beans & salsa immediately. Cadillac Margarita was only $9 and delicioso!
We shared the Carne Asada and we were both very satisfied on every level! Highly recommend.
Nice bathrooms and nice pool tables too!

Our waitress was very nice, it was a Monday so they had football playing on the tvs, the shrimp tacos were delicious, the carne asada fries were amazing. They bring you chips, salsa and beans. The portions are generous. Good value for the price, thank you

We knew it'd be busy with the eclipse tourists, but wanted to go out. Everything was amazing despite the huge crowd and the 10 minute wait. Thanks Cesar for the great food and environment.

We stopped in for dinner traveling back to Arizona and this was a great place to relax and eat good food. Service was great, food was great too !!!

I have no words to describe the authentic, delicious food Dos Amigo prepares! I ordered the (cheese) enchiladas supremas plate and their molé blew my socks off! The flavors were devine! The rice and beans were equally impressive. They definitely pride themselves with excellence. If you want an authentic experience with amazing Mexican food, go to Dos Amigos in Winnemucca, NV. You will NOT be disappointed. You will leave with a full tummy and happy tastebuds. Did I mention the helpful, friendly staff?? Phenomenal!

Very impressive menu with diverse selection of favorites from Mexico as well as TexMex. Very good caldo de mariscos. Plate of condiments includes cilantro, avocado, limes, and finley chopped onion. On 2nd stop had the El trio which was fantastic! Pork in green chile had a sauce that screamed of authenticity. Beef in chile rojo has a hard hitting sauce. Chili rellano is spectacular! Great and friendly service. Excellent section of fine banda music played throughout restaurant. Family from Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Friendly service and good food this burrito was delicious if you like heat definitely worth a try and the 3 enchiladas are pretty mild

Rice & beans were different than most places, but very tasty. Seafood burrito (Del Mar?) was excellent, & the Cadillac Marg was YUMMY. Service was absolutely EXCELLENT! I'll remember this place next time thru.

They have amazing margaritas and queso dip. Make sure to try their new menu items and adult drinks.

Wife and I are truckdrivers and were looking for a family owned restaurant for dinner to help support during this time. Amazing food ! Pollo a la mexicana and chille rellenos. Very friendly and fast. But so delicious

Stopped a couple of days ago for lunch. Fish taco were Great. Fish was perfectly deep fried so the coating was crispy and the fish was not overcooked. Served in a crisp shell and topped with the proper amount of coleslaw. Good meal at a fair price.
