Historic Olive Hotel

Locally owned historical hotel right in downtown Miles City. The rooms are nice and staff friendly. Support local businesses it really does matter. Respect the Locals and their culture and the place they call home.

The Olive Hotel is a great place to hold a special event such as a birthday party. This place was clean and the employees were friendly. When ordering a drink I was served right away. The Olive provided a safe place to party and I would refer others to this business.

Didn't get to stay at the hotel, but hit Sushi night on Friday and it was amazing! I can't even put into words how awesome the food and service was. The family that runs it is awesome, and the food was phenomenal! Definitely will be coming back!

Cute lil mom and pop place, historic, with artifacts from the past. Had breakfast there, food was good and super friendly staff.

This is a fantastic spot to stay. Great restaurant and the owners are extremely nice and hospitable. The hotel room had, literally, the oldest television in America. I do not watch TV in hotel rooms, so I didn’t care. It was amusing none-the-less. I highly recommend this place. The location is the best in Miles City. If you like bars, there are several on the same block. A++

A wonderful place to stay, especially if you enjoy history. The staff are amazing; and the lobby is beautiful. Weather you stay for a few days or a year, it beats all other somewhat equally priced places in town. Don't expect anything other than a historic old building. There are steam pipes that rattle, (only in the winter when you need steam,) and the clinking clacking of a (supposed) ghost who lived in rm 250 whom has always been quite nice. No really it is a wonderful stay if you are here for a few days or especially if you need a place to rest on an extended stay. I have stayed for several months and have had a good time. I will always remember and recommend the Olive Hotel!

It is a step back in time. No frill room was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Great lobby and porch. Walking out the front door is to stroll into Montana history and part of that spirit was alive on the Saturday night I stayed there. Great coffee shop/bakery just a couple of blocks down the street.

Charming, historical hotel with spacious, clean rooms, and friendly hospitable staff was a great experience.

It was a beautiful place. Got to see the room sam died in from the tv show lonesome dove. The only bad thing was the ac in our room did not work properly and it was very hot in our room all night.

The Twin Does is my favorite restaurant in town. I love Italian food and can be picky, but I've never been disappointed by the food or service. The decor needs to be updated, but who cares!

This hotel is on the national registry of historic places. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. You get an actual key for the door. Slept like a baby.

Had there lasagna. . Not only was it awsome..the portion was so huge. .I had to get a 2-go box.. even better the next day.. my visit was 5 stars

We thought it was a good place to stay because of the downtown area and it was! A great place in the area to eat breakfast and shop!

The olive hotel is very nice and a good place to stay. They have a new Italian restaurant called twin Does. The restaurant is new and it is excellent!!

Love the oldness of the building really elegant with a bit of mystery feel to it. Great staff throughout the establishment also 😊

Really nice. Staff very friendly and efficient. From England. But spend alot of time in Montana. Will come again.
