Miles City KOA Journey

• Nice campground, well run.
• Site was not level, but easy to level the RV.
• WIFI is slow, but my Rogers Hot Spot worked great.
• No cable TV, a few air channels, and they come in clear.
• Nice showers, great pressure and no shortage of hot water.
• Tight turns for a bigger rig.
• I would stay here again.

The KOA was immaculate and the new owners extremely friendly and accommodating. They have completely redone the bathrooms/showers. The entire place was immaculate. You can see that they care about the property and guests. Would highly recommend.

The owners and employees go out of their way keeping this campground in great shape. Workers spend their day mowing, picking up trash, cleaning fire pits and vacuuming up leaves! When we arrived, check in was easy and a worker escorted us to our site. When we needed help getting the sewer cap off, they were right there to help. We stayed five nights and we were able to check out some of the sights in the area. Whether overnight or a longer stay, I would recommend KOA Miles City Montana. PS they also have a very nice swimming pool

One night stay with a gravel base to site but no problem w/ a little leveling. Did not disconnect which makes the next day exit easy. Got here early enough to walk around and talk to owner about changes made since new ownership. They are committed to doing it right!!! Wifi was great, able to stream Netflix with absolutely no problem. Unlike many other RV parks, owner asked us to challenge the wifi setup... Definitely would stay here again when we need an overnight stop to drain tanks, refill fresh water, and unwind from a travel day!!!

I would rate this KOA a 10 star if I could. Great location, you can walk along (or in) the river. Wonderful people working there, quiet, clean and a great gift store. We bought their local meat, grilled on their grills and ate on their patio.

We stayed in our motorhome so I didn't give "rooms" a rating. This is one of our regular stops traveling from North Dakota to points in the desert SW. The staff is wonderful. We've learned a bit about the area from them and plan to book a longer stay in the future. Maybe on the way home in the spring.

What a great stop. We had no idea what was in Miles City but went there because there was a KOA. When you’ve been on the road a month and living in a little Sportsmobile van, good clean showers are a luxury. This KOA is ranking number one with me on their facilities, their humor, their service and hospitality. Miles City has some interesting history but we were not able to hang around to explore it. However, this KOA has put them on the map as a sure stop for our future.

You could not ask for a nicer KOA! The size is just right but what really makes this place wonderful are the owners and all the people that work here. A very dog friendly place. The hospitality that is provided is top notch. You definitely are taken care of so much so you are treated like royalty. It is centrally located in regards to great fishing with the tongue river and yellowstone river being close by. If you like rock hunting there are plentiful agates to be found in this KOA.
The grounds are kept up so nicely plush green with tall cottonwood.. I am so happy my wife and I stayed here and would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for about a week. The Wi-Fi has been great, bathrooms remodeled and beautifully kept, grounds and trees are also kept very nice. They have a great store with local meats and nice little dog park with bench and shade. Will definitely be coming back!

We stopped here just at the beginning of opening. The owners are really nice and friendly. Great with our dogs and friendly with the kids. The kids loved the playground and gathering sticks for the fire. You guys, the bathrooms were AMAZING it was so nice to shower in a clean nice bathroom between stops on our vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Big lots but narrow streets. I didn’t use any facilities due to the rain. Staff was super accommodating. They were rearranging reservations for people and making sure there wasn’t flooding on all the sites before booking.

I don’t go camping often anymore, and this is my first KOA experience, but it was so amazing I cannot believe I hadn’t stayed at one before! If anyone is even thinking about camping and they don’t choose this KOA they are absolutely missing out!! Michelle at the check-in/store was one of the nicest people I’ve met in my life, she was incredibly helpful and did absolutely everything she could to make our visit here even more amazing than it already was! We are staying here on our return trip home and I genuinely cannot wait to be back! The campground was amazingly well kept, very nice laundry area/dish cleanup spot, amazingly clean bathrooms that are beautifully updated, this place is genuinely a perfectly tucked away 5 Star resort! I hope all other KOA locations take notes on what they’re doing here because the word “wowed” does not even cover how I felt about my time here, and I hope the next KOA locations I stay at are as great as this one was!

We've camped here more than once and we are always excited to come back. This is such a beautiful KOA. The team and owners here take so much pride in their work, the grounds and the buildings. That pride shows. Miles City KOA is comfortable, clean, well maintained, beautiful, serene and impeccably well run. We enjoy camping here so much it's become a destination for our family.

Great KOA. Very Clean & tidy. Very friendly & helpful staff. I was here several years ago, and they have made several improvements. Completely renovated bathrooms (tile showers, new countertops, all fixtures, etc.). The cabin has both a heater & AC unit. New shelving & mattresses. The dimmable lamp on the night table was a nice touch! And, the wifi worked well in the cabin (in the past, the wifi at all the KOA’s has been very sketchy, unless you stood right outside the main office).

Meticulously clean and beautifully maintained, the Miles City KOA provided us with everything we needed. Perhaps the only thing more worthy of mention than the facility itself is the staff; We've yet to meet a team of more helpful, friendly folks anywhere in our travels (Penny's a gem!). Thanks for everything. We'll be sure to see you again.

A Hidden gem! Penny and Tj are amazing hosts and the park is sparkling clean! They have done a fantastic job renovating the bathrooms and the laundry facilities are up to date as well. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed being able to walk along the river and just being able to relax in a beautiful, peaceful site. Exceptional service truly all the way around!

This has to be one of the cleanest KOAs I've stayed at. The service was excellent. The staff was great. The newly remodeled bath rooms are amazing. Pool was excellent. The green grass was even nice. Loved it here.

Loved this KOA!! The location, staff, store and property are all A++ Would definitely go back when I’m in the area. Kudos to the immaculate and looked-like recently updated restrooms! The area seemed safe and well managed.

We had a simple tenting spot but the location is shaded by huge Cottonwood trees. The campground set up was lovely and the owners/staff were so nice. We truly enjoyed ourselves here.
