Roger runs a great shop! Thanks so much for getting us our much needed supplies for our Glacier cycling trip! You went above and beyond--thank you.

Backstory : I ordered a kids bike from Target and kept it in the box. Night before the birthday during assembly turns out the bike was shipped with a bent wheel! Today I called and asked if he could help me, so I brought the bike in.
Within an hour I had a fixed bike wheel, a saved birthday, and he even stayed open late for me and took a late lunch so I could perform a pickup of the bike.
I'm really really happy with my service, he really saved a little girls birthday. Thank you.

Roger took a great deal of time to fix our bike wheels on our bike ride across america in the summer of 2018. He even gave me a ride in his truck back to Harlem Montana and dropped me off where I left the family and bikes. (about a 75 mile roundtrip) Great guy and a great shop!

We had a broken spoke on our rear wheel. We also had a slow leak in the tube on our Bob Trailer. Roger spent his lunch hours cheerfully fixing both problems while thoroughly entertaining us with his witty observations on bicycle repairs and life in general. He wanted to charge us $35 but we insisted on paying $50. We compromised on $45. First time I ever had to bargain for a higher price. Highly recommend this professional shop.

On a cross country charity trip and passed through Havre early in the morning. The shop wasn't open yet but Roger was kind enough to look at my friends' bikes and mine as well before the shop opened. I felt that Roger was honest about my derailleur issue and helped out as much as he could given my time restraint. 👍 Thanks again, Roger!

The absolute rudest most disrespectful person I have ever met. I just grabbed the part I brought in that I needed to exchange and left in order to avoid further more harmful conflict. Why even have a bike shop if you don't want to help customers with their bikes? He made so many comments the past 3 visits as to insinuate that I was a bike thief as well. I don't get it at all. Unbelievable.

I called ahead a few days and said I wanted 2 Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires. Gave the sizes. Told Roger where we were. He said they should be there when we arrived. He'd order them, plus seven more to have in stock. We had great tailwinds and got to Havre a couple days early. Tires not there. I did ask him to true my wheel, as I did just an okay job on the road after replacing a broken spoke. He spent five minutes on a old truing stand (he said his other one was just stolen that day). Then he charged me $30. That is $360 dollars per hour for labor. He said angrily, "I should have gotten your credit card number before the special order." If it was a special order, why did he buy 7 others? He's on the Northern Tier. He will sell them. The $30 overcharge was clearly because he was mad.

After leaving, I went back in with a question. I called out to him. "I'm taking a piss!" he screamed at me. Not too professional.

He's the only guy in town, so if you need work, he can likely help. He also has Schwalbes.

I am on a cross-country journey of 4 months, my inner tube had a pin hole, so I thought my best bet was the only bike shop in town. When I went in there the owner came running and said I was arrogant for bringing my bicycle in the shop. I brought it out then asked him for price of tubes, then he said a high number. When I said it's pretty expensive here, he got extremely defensive and told me he would not sell anything for me, then told me to go 100 miles to another bike shop. He said "I don't feel sorry for you bike tourists, I came here to get a tube not compassion from the shop.

Not worth your time here for all bike routers. There is a Wal Mart only a mile away, much cheaper and free air.
