A & B Storage

I was about to rent a storage unit here but unfortunately realized it wasn't going to meet my needs after I got home and measured some things. Jason was incredibly pleasant to work with, quick response time and very understanding when I had to cancel. I'd recommend this place over others solely based on the customer service experience, wish it could've worked for me!

The owner is very proffesional, efficient and straight forward. The place is clean, well groomed and a locked gate from 9 to 7. The 10 x 30 unit I rent is very nice, the garage door works great, and there is ample room for me to get my trailer lined up well. Overall, the only problem here is that they are booked solid.

Nice people to deal with and they were fast to help us get a unit within a hour of what we needed when every other place was maxed and no storage units available. They were the only ones and even called us back in a timely manner to. The process was fast and the monthly rate isn't bad for a our unit as well. We enjoy doing business with them. They even have it convenient to make your monthly payment by putting it into their secured drop box right at the storage place by the key entry.

This is a long term review as I've been a customer for almost a year now. I initially chose this storage unit because of its location which works well for my needs.
What I wasn't expecting was the incredibly great customer service, especially for a storage unit.
Communication, and service here has been nothing short of perfect, and I cant recommend them enough.

The gentleman was extremely helpful during a very difficult situation. The experience of renting a Uhaul vehicle was very easy to do!!! Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended the storage units available and the available Uhaul trucks.

A&B is how it should be.
It doesn't get any better than A&B Storage, from security, rental service, and people that go the extra mile with anything you need.

I understand they just tacted on another $15 to the bill just b4 Christmas. Bad timing.

Unhappy how Uhaul bundled our reservation. Had to pick up an hour away here, no office, know you will spend 30 plus min on phone trying to get truck key from lock box! It was not an easy simple process from the get go.
