Think they overstarched the clothes, which isn't a bad thing. Price was inexpensive. Took them multiple days to get my clothes back to be.

I do not recommend for hemming of designer jeans. I was told they could recreate factory hems but they were sadly mistaken, ruined my kancans and big star jeans 1st picture is factory hem, other 2 are what I was given. I went back for them to look and and hopefully correct. But the damage was to far gone. She just cut the bottom
